Place was packed with lots of people waiting for their takeout orders. I ordered over the phone, and they said about 35 minutes. Got to the pickup counter around 30 minutes after ordering. They couldn't even find my order. The manager finally found it. He said it would be an additional 45 minutes.

Ordered a pizza, with extra sauce and cooked well done. Usually they miss the mark in some way but it's still very good. However, this one was perfectly made so I had to eat the whole thing at once.

I am very disappointed in the staff’s integrity. We called to verify the lobby hours and they stated it was 9:00 pm. We called back and placed an order for pickup. We picked it up at 9:30 in the lobby and others were dining inside and while we were waiting another customer came in and placed an order for dine in.

Party of 9 turned away at 8pm on memorial day cause online said they were open until 11 for dine in, drove from ritzville. It's what the kids wanted so very disappointing. Update your hours online for dine in so people don't drive over an hour to be turned away.

Good pizza and service. I had a made to order original crust pizza with extra cheese and sausage. Overall, it was tasty and satisfying. The fennel flavor came through well and adding Parmesan and red pepper flake added a touch of saltiness/spice that was somewhat lacking.The mozzarella cheese sticks we gooey with a good texture/crust. The cheese inside, like the pizza, really needed just a hint of savoriness.
