This restaurant has been around for a long time and you can tell when you go in there and that's a good thing

I thought all of the Shari's were shut down but discovered that there are 6 still open in Washington.

I just had an amazing experience at Shari's! What sets them apart is their commitment to using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients from nearby farms - you can really taste the difference. I indulged in a slice of their incredible apple pie, which was absolutely divine.

But here's the cherry on top: every Wednesday is Pi(e) Day at Shari's, and they offer FREE pie with every meal purchase! It's an unbeatable deal that makes dining there even more special. If you're a pie lover like me, you won't want to miss out on this amazing offer. Highly recommend Shari's for farm-to-table goodness and pie galore!

The food and service is great! The cooks are extremely slow, so if you go there just make sure to give yourself plenty of time.

went with 4 other women and a child yesterday. The mother put in her child's order asking for it first. The waitress left with the order. She came back to take the rest of the orders. The adults orders came, but the child's pancakes didn't. When asked she said she would check on them. She left, later came back to refill the drinks, still no pancakes. She was again asked and said she would check on them. She came back with the bill which included the pancakes which the child still hadn't received. 35 minutes later she came back with the pancakes which the child's mother asked to be put in a bag to go. We were there for an hour and a half and asked about the pancakes numerous times. Ridiculous, the child's mother isn't confrontational and paid the bill including a tip, which I wouldn't have done.

This last year, service has gotten worse and worse. Wait time bad. Chicken fried steak was suddenly very small, tiny bit of watered down gravy, they were out of mashed potatoes and gravy with only 3 other couples in store when we were. Our neighbors have found similar, won't go back again. Sad

Shocked….. this “Shari’s” was a Shari’s last time we came here maybe 6 months ago. Now they have three pies in the case, slow service and most concerning is the lack of “Shari’s” they did not use Shari’s menu. The staff do not have “Shari’s” anywhere on their person and the table tents that advertise seasonal products and pie are gone. It took over an hour to get our food. There is jam on the wall. Over all disappointing and sad experience. To no fault of our waitress that was kind and apologetic we will not be back. Sad state.

You can usually tell how good a restaurant is based on its bathrooms, these weren't clean or well maintained; only 2 stalls and one was out of order (already mentioned on someone else's review on Sept 21st) and it's now October. Coffee served with coffee mate instead of real cream. Chicken inside the quesadilla was so old and dry it must've been cooked the week before and left on the counter.

Having owned a business before, I feel that the Shari’s in Moses Lake, WA would appreciate knowing what customers think about their establishment. It’s not just the food, and the service, but also the cleanliness/upkeep of the entire facility. Those things combined do leave a lasting “impression” with customers.

On 9/21, the men’s bathroom had one broken urinal. The ladies bathroom had one broken toilet, a broken paper towel dispenser hanging wide open w/NO paper towel at all.

On 9/28, the men’s bathroom still had one broken urinal. The ladies bathroom still had one broken toilet, a closed broken paper towel dispenser, but w/a roll of paper towel on the sink counter, and NO toilet paper in the ONE available handicap stall.

I told a waitress each time after exiting the bathroom on both dates.
Pretty sad when the bathrooms are in such poor conditions.

In conclusion, the food tasted very good, French toast w/Marionberry sauce. Unfortunately, the service was slow.on both dates.

Thank you.

We ordered 6 things, was charged for 6 things, but only got 4 things (was told about 1 missing/unavailable item while i waited the first time). And it was originally done 20 minutes after initial projection, but I still had to go back to pick up one of the things that they forgot in my order, making it an hour-long ordering process.

We had some friends come into town yesterday and we decided to go have pie at Shari's. Not only did they not have pie but they didn't have much of anything else The chocolate milk shake was good and the help was friendly and apologetic. I guess they haven't had their pie delivery in awhile. Sad to see this.
