Taco John's is never going to blow your mind. We stopped in simply because it was the halfway point on our trip and I was immediately drawn to a brand I hadn't experienced since my childhood.
Food was about what you'd expect. Think Taco Bell with a little less pizzazz and a lot more salt. ;)
The game-changer was the friendliness of the crew (on New Year's Day, even!) and the amazing level of cleanliness. I know it is a newer location, but wow, just pristine level of cleanliness and hospitality while we were there. Thank you.

Whenever I'm in Mosses Lake I stop by Taco John's and grab a steak 🌯 the Foods great and the staff is friendly. As usual Lauren and Nick are rockstars and provide awesome service!

By far, worst experience I’ve ever had trying to order. The lady at the front absolutely rude. She would not take my order directly and when I canceled my order, she told me good and never come back. I will avoid this truckstop from now on that restaurant. There are much better places to go 2 miles up the road.

Went inside, food was cold. Took forever to receive the cold food. No one was in the drive thru. One person in front of me, a couple people came in after me. About 15 min wait... Beans in burrito were cold... Couldn't finish it. Potatoes were so salty.... The churro was the only decent item. Was amazing when they first opened. Only have been there about 5 times since they opened. My wife has gotten sick last two times. I went alone this last time. I Won't be back.

I ordered the set meal recommended by 2 waiters. The burrito was a moderate portion with not much ingredients. The hash browns were too dry, had little meat, and lacked lettuce. It was unsatisfactory. The set drink is Pepsi, which can be refilled.

"super burrito" was pretty much just mostly refied beans and air. With all the excess of the burrito wrap you could fold another entire burrito out of it. Low portion, expensive. wont be back.
staff is nice, so I assume this is portion restrictions placed by management. Shame

The tall older guy making the food puts clean gloves on then proceeds to touch his clothes and pull up his pants with the clean gloves on, then proceeds to start making food. Mentioned it to the cashier and she went back and they laughed about it. Probably won't be coming back.
I'm a truck driver that travel I=90 daily moses lake is the cleanest nicest Loves in Washington State. Taco John I've been sick after eating the ground beef on 2 different occasions 2nd time I tried to reassuring the first diarrhea with a painful stomach probably food poisoning..
