Just ordered and paid for a Wendy''s Apple pecan salad with extra pecans. Got home and found no extra pecans. Called to let them know. Young woman who answered said thanks for running us down. I frequent Wendy's and have always received good service and food. Just frustrated I didn't get extra pecans I paid for and the attitude.
They are a little slow (at night) but I get far better service than most fast food restaurants. By far faster than Arbys. They tend to remember all of your order unlike most fast food.
I’m rating a 5 because of the young woman at the register. I went through the drive through today and you just don’t get this politeness and kindness anymore. I don’t remember her name but I went on Sunday 8/17 at 10:10a. She previously checked us out while dining in and my experience was the same. Amazing! She cuts all stereotypes for fast food workers. Super sweet young lady and extremely professional. Why isn’t she in charge yet!!!
