Got a bare roast beef sandwich instead of the Beef & Cheddar I ordered. Also, my $7.00 6 piece mozzarella stick order was completely left out. Didn't get a reciept that I could find and of course didn't realize their enormous egregious error until I got home to a very disappointed sister. Well At least the Jamocha shake was pretty good on my $32+ order. Would have called but like I said, no reciept. How convenient. Meh...

We went during a slow time. The staff were very quick. Service was prompt and friendly. Restaurant was very clean and maintained.Our food was decent for it being fast food. The jamocha shake was delicious.

Myself and my daughter got the roast beef sandwiches. I believe we got food poisoning from the sandwiches. We went there this last Sunday early in the afternoon. We have been sick and just now getting over it.

Stopped in for dinner. It's been forever since I've had Arby's and the commercial for the King's Hawaiian BLT sounded good. Unfortunately my expectations were not met. Although the BLT was decent, the fries were really stale and cold. I got OLD fries. For the price of fast food these days, you expect FRESH. The tables haven't been cleaned so I wiped down the table we sat at myself. Counter service was quick, but there were very few people in the restaurant and we were the only ones ordering.

I didn't go there ,I went next door to Burger King( it was terrible. Buns were stale and they have really priced things to high for the products) I was stuck in the drive thru for 23 min not moving. Same car in front of me when I got in. All together almost 1/2 hour to get to junior woppers only one had any opinion. Terrible! Arby's is always good but way to steep pricing for fast fast food. Been avoiding it last couple years !

Disappointed in my regular roast beef sandwich...the roll tasted like it was 5-6 days old. These used to be wonderful sandwiches...wish I hadn't bought two as I had to throw out the roll on the second one! Also, the price is a lot more and am not receiving their coupons anymore...I will cross Arby's off my eating list after this experience!

Take out. Get am ice machine or wear gloves when you get the ice. This has been happening for over 6 months. Pretty sure it's a code violation. Okay with the depressed nihilistic attitude. It more comical than anything else. That's why 2 stars instead of one. The ice thing though. Fix it, it's pretty gross. Last time same person cleaning with broom than proceed to get ice after. Did not drink those. Get it together Arby's.

if I could give their management 0 stars, i would. Arby's just lost a customer for the rest of my life because of the conversation I just had . i went threw the drive thru then parked. after i was done eating i just threw various trash around my vehicle in this Arby's bag and threw it in the dumpster in the parking lot. Plus 1 other handful of trash. appearantly i guess that was one to many cause 2 lady's came out extremely aggressive, one of them told me it's their dumpster. i apologize, even felt the need to reassure them "I'm not looking for no problems" and then got my trash out cause it literally took up only one hand each. but the other one that looks like shrek, felt like she needed to contribute to the conversation and said "I'm calling them" and then got on the phone with what im assuming is the cops? like whattt??? it was extremely hostile and i guess if you act respectfully people take it as the green light that your a push over.
