Food is good. No complaints there. Service needs work. We ordered in the lobby and waited 20 minutes. The staff never referred to the ticket number or delivered our food as one order. About 15 minutes after ordering, a worker just held a bag up and yelled "chicken sandwich and large fries." I had ordered a chicken sandwich but had medium fries. Another customer said that was his. A short time later the same guy hollered another item. That was my wife's meal. When I asked about my order, the worker didn't know. I asked what the order number was. He finally looked at the screen and said the previous guy took my order. The workers made us new food, but the process repeated. They don't look at their screen and they separate orders, causing confusion for everyone. More training is required. I think that would help.

The chicken is delicious.The sides were bland, serving sizes miniscule, and the prices were ridiculous all the way around.I stood at the counter for 3-4 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence, was told "I'll be right with you", and then waited more. Literally 6-7 minutes after entering, with no one ahead of me, I was finally able to order some overpriced "MEH..." food.

This is by far the worst fast food place in Washington state, I have had a total of two experiences here. The first in 2019 when my whole meal was wrong and when I tried to get it corrected I was met with attitude. Just trying to get a packet of mustard was like watching a toddler attempt to find a third world country with 4 vowels on a globe from the 1900s. Today's order couldn't be easier a double "cheeseburger" combo, a 10 piece corn dog combo, a kids corn dog combo with juice, extra cheese curds. Their wasn't even a line we were the only customers! I asked for a repeat of the order before moving towards the next window, the woman on the mic stuttered and I could hear what sounded like a second headset left active with worker feedback in the background. As I paid I asked for some mustard packets and was met with confusion and dirty stares. I was handed two honey mustard packs and one was open, I didn't even want to turn around. When I was finally able to open my food I was missing cheese curds, and my burger was a mess, the outer wrapping was covered in the missing mustard I asked for and I was missing my cheese on my "cheeseburger". You guys suck, really you do.

I asked for a couple frozen items with no spoons. I was handed them with spoons. Due to Covid-19 I didn’t want unwrapped plastic ware placed into my food by anyone. That IS why we have drive-through only available. I heard the supervisor berating my request (since the window was still open). Someone may want to clue these folks in about what’s supposed to be happening and what isn’t.

Went to eat lunch and we live in another town. Came to shop and grab a bite. What a miserable experience, waited over 20 min for our food that was ice cold. The manager seemed upset and agitated that i would even ask. Horrible never will i eat there again. The cashier was nice and friendly she tried to help just to be shut down by the manager. That manager needs to work on her customer service skill and leadership.

Very happy with my late January 2020 visit to this establishment. Free WiFi, kind employees, timely service, and comfortable seating. As if that isn't enough the burgers, fries and milkshake are delicious. Will be back.

Went thru the drive thru for convenience. When we got home and sat down to eat, the additional (2 original) chicken breasts we ordered and paid for weren't there. My husband doesn't eat dark meat. I called the store, and she just said to come back and get them. I drove back. When I got to the window, I'm assuming it was the manager said... Now I only have 1 original and 1 X crispy. I responded, well...I guess I'll have to take it then. She says nothing. Hands me the bag. Waits for me to drive off. I was frustrated at the complete lack of courtesy and said so. I told her that while I understand oversights happen, at no time on the phone, or now...were the words, I'm sorry for your inconvenience uttered. I had made two trips there due to their oversight and I was leaving with what I hadn't ordered, because now they didn't have it. I expressed it was poor customer service. She chuckled and said in a fake high voice "You have a great night Ma'm!!" Rude. Condescending. Complete lack of courtesy or professionalism.

These people have no clue as to what their doing. There was one guy by the name of "Ace" if that was his real name had a terrible attitude. Had no customer service whatsoever, I felt his racist attitude. Plus, after all that the quality of the chicken has gone downhill.
