If I could give ZERO stars I would. It took us 10 minutes for the person in front to be served and then 25 minutes for her to make a 32oz redbull, and white chocolate snickers that she didn’t make correctly and had to remake and then a breakfast sandwich. She continued to help customers on the other side instead of finishing up our order and communication was absolutely terrible. Would not recommend going unless you don’t care about the lengthy wait time you’ll be in your car or crap customer service you might encounter.

I pay $29 plus tip for 3 drinks I ordered a white chocolate mocha blended, a chocolate milkshake, and a dragon fruit energy drink my mocha was literally trash seems like I told her to make me a frozen milk blended and whipped cream not coffee at all , the milkshake tested like ice cream mixed with chocolate nesquik a total waste of money and time for trash drinks plus took her 15 minutes to make my drinks !!!

Ok the coffee is great, service wonderful, yada yada. I need you to understand how incredible the breakfast sandwich is here. I don't have a photo because I always eat it too fast. Cheesy and chewy bagel, smoky bacon, fluffy egg, and gooey cheese. It's perfection. I can't express how good this sandwich is. I will never not get one when I stop by.

A Tuesday at 9 am and nobody’s there. A Monday morning at 8:15 and nobody is there. I count on them to be opened. It’s very disappointing!

The hours on google don’t reflect the hours of operation I showed up at 655 and the hours on google said Friday is 6am to 6pm they were not open. So I figured maybe they open at 7 so ok no problem so I waited. Then I asked for 2, 32 oz drinks and a 24 oz drink that I was charged about 30 dollars for and received drinks half that size. (I have included a photo) What a ripoff.

Love the gift card raffles and the amazing coffees and red bull spritzers for a great price ! Wonderful baristas 🤘🏼

What changed?? the drinks are all incredibly sweet and the baristas are not as friendly as they use to be. Its almost like you are an obstacle in their way. Not really impressed with any of the changes that have been made in the last few months that I've noticed. Lotus drinks are good, not too hard to mess up but I dont like the attitude of the baristas and will likely not go back there.

First time stopping here while filling the car with gas. Great customer service, my drink was perfect, and the shop smelled amazing (they roast their own coffee on-site). I’m still enjoying my lovely oat-milk latte with a half shot of hazelnut. Yummy! ☕️??

Was not happy to pay double the price and the coffee didn't taste right it tasted like old coffee grounds and the customer service could use better training and the price of the coffee should be adjusted to a reasonable cost not be charged an arm and leg when I should have went to woods coffee there prices are more reasonable and there customer service is amazing I will stick to my coffee place and not trust any other places and now I'm not coming back only because it is not worth the price or the wait time
