Pretty slow service on my first visit. I was in a hurry and it took 20 mins in the drive-through, I got no napkins either. :-/ I will try them again.

Quick service. Only 2 employees in the middle of the day. They seemed out of it and spacey (stoned?). Inside looked dirty, trash on the floor, from what I could see through drive thru. Overall pretty much meets BK expectations.

Not sure why this location is always SO slow. Do not go in the drive through. You will get stuck. We went to the drive through recently after not visiting for a long time and we're immediately reminded of the slow service. We were stuck in the drive through for 20 minutes and hadn't even made it to the order speaker yet. Finally people behind us reversed out so we reversed out. We went inside because we had a mobile order anyway and we waiting 10 minutes inside. Others inside were also angry due to the long wait.

I love Burger King but this one is horrible. 2 out of the last 4 times I’ve been here the burgers were cold in the center of the patty. They’re not cooking their stuff properly.. I was the only one in the drive thru so there’s no excuses about being busy, they’re just incompetent

Waited over an hour to get mobile order. Nasty undercooked onion rings we couldn't eat. Messed up burger orders,paid to add bacon and bbq to chicken sandwich had none.burgers had no bbq and buns tasted old and stale. Melted Hershey pies
While we and other customers waited, Hispanic cashiers kids ran in yelling mo. Mom,person with them on phone as they ran around and climbed line rails. They got their food before us waiting and given extra toys.
Customer bought soda but filled with slushie.
Worst burger king ever only had to go there because hotel next door stove didn't work

This review is for Burger King in Mount Vernon, WA. We went through the drive up window and had a coupon for 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 medium fries for $7.99. We also purchased 8 mozarella sticks and requested a couple of sauces. We were on our way to a event and had to meet with some friends to sign them in. Unfortunately I was trusting and didn't check the bag of food until we arrived. Only received ONE sandwich and no sauces or napkins. I called 5 times and got hung up on. On the 6th call the manager answered and couldn't understand why I was upset. We were hungry and there was only one sandwich and couldn't go back and get it. I figured the gal that gave us the food ate it . She acted like she really didn't want to give it to us and asked us if we had paid. The guy we paid was standing right next to her. I went back the next day and demanded a full refund which the manager did do. It didn't help us the night before because we were both really hungry and there was no food where we went. I think the manager should get better employees and train them. I think she was lazy and not very smart. Also thought she could get away with stealing our sandwich. If go there you might want to take inventory before pulling away.

Longest drive thru experience ever. Literally took over thirty minutes to get fries and soda. Four cars in front of us when we arrived, two cars behind us so we couldn’t leave due to how the drive thru was designed. Do not waste your time. Go elsewhere.

$40 worth of food. It was all cold when handed to us. Microwaved burger patties. Half cooked chicken. Cold fries. Yuck.
