This food is AMAZING! If you know anything about anything related to the cuisine of Mexico, you will recognize that this is a star! The tamales were transcendent. The quesadilla redefines what that food should always be. I will make a special trip all the way from Seattle to come eat here again.

Step up to the counter to place your order. Had the Chilaquiles with Chorizo and the red sauce. So very good! I’ll definitely be back for that dish. I’m on a hunt for the best chilaquiles, and so far this is the number one.Service was very friendly.

Wife, friend and I ate here. Overall food was hot,flavorful and filling. Besides lack of parking restaurant is spacious and clean. Small amount of flies in dining area. I would give this place another chance.Parking: Maybe 7 spots available in parking lot then street parking available

Coming from San Diego I wasn't sure how the Mexican food would be here. But I was incredibly impressed and they have me coming back for more. From the flavors of the salsas, to the customer service, and the quality of meats I was so happy. We ordered the carnitas burrito and it was so delicious! Very very flavorful, the meat was perfectly cooked and topping it off with both salsas enhanced the flavor which it didn't even need. But oh my goodness I could have drank those salsas! I will be back to try all the food.

Sabores catered my sisters wedding this past month and they did amazing! While the craziness of wedding planning and getting everything set up the day of, the one thing we knew we didn't have to worry about was the food! We showed them where the food was going to be served and from there the staff got to work, they were set up and was ready to serve with time to spare for dinner time. All our guests were amazed by the service and quality of food that was served, the staff was friendly and worked quickly for our 130 people wedding! I would definitely recommend eating at Sabores and even better having them cater your events!
This is one of those little hole in the wall places attached to a gas station that is an absolute must try. This is my second time here for breakfast. Today we had the Dona Loisa with rice added. Let me just say there isn't a breakfast burrito I have ever had that comes close in Mexican goodness as this one! One burrito cut in half is plenty for two if you aren't a big breakfast person. That makes getting a great tasting breakfast for two for under 15 bucks including tip. Amazing value. The service has been great both times and I really like their salsa verde, but the red salsa is no slouch! I cannot wait to go back and try their lunch/dinner menu. My philosophy there is if you can make a breakfast burrito taste that good their other options have to be equally amazing!

Finally!! Excellent, authentic Mexican food in our corner of Washington. The sauces had a ton of flavor and a little heat (although I love my food ridiculously spicy so it was mild to me) and the the carne asada was perfectly seasoned, not fatty and cheap like the other spots around here. The people working here were super friendly and helpful as well. I absolutely loved the chilaquiles and will be back soon to try some of the other dishes!

I am from California, so the bar for Mexican food is pretty high. I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of vegetables in theirVeggie Burrito. I live in Everett, but the two best Mexican dining experiences were up north in Mt. Vernon. Decent sized burrito also. Now, I wish I lived up here. Interesting look there. Obviously, a former diner location. Great food, which is what I went for.
