The baristas are always kind and friendly. However the price has jumped soo much. My americano drink is $5.50 now before tip. I've decided to start visiting other stands like Whidbey or Morgan's espresso due to the lower prices.

Seems like EVERYTIME I go to the Mount Vernon Bigfoot Java the girls working there ALWAYS have the worst attitude. There is only 1 girl who works there that has curly short hair blonde hair and she always has a smile and greets the customers great but every other girl there is rude, has a horrible attitude and just overall isn’t nice. I don’t tip if they’re rude for absolutely no reason, and today I went and got myself and my kids a drink and when I handed back the paying device the girl looked down at it and then looked up at me and stared me down with a very mean look. I will be asking for names next time if I receive the same rudeness and will be making another review with names. I wish I could do ZERO stars for the horrible service everytime. And unfortunately it hasn’t been just with me.

Every employee I’ve interacted with goes above and beyond, even when the line is five cars deep. The consistency is impressive—every team member makes drinks just as well as the next, with perfectly pulled shots and rich, smooth coffee that takes every drink to the next level. I highly recommend BigFoot Coffee over any other spot in the area—it truly stands out! Oh, and the Cinnamon Roll—hands down the best I’ve ever had! Perfectly soft, sweet, and full of flavor. An absolute must-try!
