If these guys make a mistake they offer you several ways of fixing their mistake. They will let you keep the one they made the mistake on and make you a new one or your next pizza of equal or less value. These days customers are not always right and we have to prove whatever the issue was funny we are innocent until proven guilty? So most stores are like our court system....lol this store is that exception they understand what customer service is therefore they provide it. Thanks guys. Try the stuffed cheese bread!!! Yummy.

The automatic order robot on the phone must have gotten my order wrong because who ever heard of a Philly Steak pizza with CHICKEN?? I put the pie on a very slight incline for the trip to a bar and when I got there ALL the topping was in a corner of the box. There was so much 'sauce' under it. 3 slices was all I could stand and couldn't even GIVE any of it away. It shouldn't have had so much sauce, or have been cooked long enough for it to somewhat solidify. Barf. Be lucky i didn't take a picture of it.

We ordered three large pizzas. One was supposed to be square-cut for the kids. Instead, we got:
Pizza #1: Half of it was cut in two giant slabs, and the other half in three prehistoric dinosaur-sized slices. Whoever cut this was either stoned, inspired by Picasso, or both.
Pizza #2: Looked like a blindfolded ninja gave it a shot. Six massive slices that could’ve been used as canoe paddles.
Pizza #3: No words. Just chaos. I’m convinced the cutter sneezed mid-slice, shrugged, and said, “Good enough.”
The staff was fun and welcoming, and the pizza itself? Delicious. But the slicing had our whole family crying with laughter. Honestly, I’m not even mad… this was dinner and a comedy show rolled into one.
So yes, Mount Vernon Domino’s, the pizza was perfect. But next time, I’ll just ask for “uncut” and bring my own scissors, because clearly your slicer is living his best abstract-art life.

Hand made pan had crust like a tossed pizza. Barely any pepperoni on the pizza and lucky if there was a chunk of pineapple on a slice. The chicken Alfredo barely covered the bottom of the dish. Called the store and the person who answered from wherever was soooo rude.
It is an 8 minute drive to Big Lake, WA why do you not deliver out here? There are so many people out here who would order delivery!!!

Very friendly and welcoming staff, great price, fast and efficient service. I had 1 large chicken and Spinich with Parmason garlic & Philli cheestake and green peppers on NY style crust. Crust was beautiful, but the pizzas were a little overcooked, maybe 1-2 minutes less. The spinach shouldn't be crunchy. But it's not so bad to return it.
