Firehouse Subs Mount Vernon

I love the food but the last time I tried going the wait was 30 minutes and now I’ve been parked the drive through for the past 15 minutes. If the car in front of me had a big order why not have them park out front. Not a quick lunch break.

Came in for a pick up to a completely empty restaurant no employees or customers when the employee came out finally she was messing around on her phone she didn't even see she had an order. The point of a pick up is to cut that wait out.

I really enjoy this establishment. They have a great variety of toppings and ingredients. The team is always nice and welcoming. One of my favorite things to do is put the pickle spear in the sammich and enjoy the crunchy saltiness in between those two fresh buns and all of the other fixins. Great place to go to. Big time recommend.

The gluten free sub bun is awesome. Great flavor and holding up nicely with tuna fish in the cooler during a baseball game

I used to LOVE firehouse subs. But not only has the cost for just one sub, chips, and a drink risen to nearly $30, which is completely unnecessary, but whenever you go into this location that super fancy soda machine that's supposed to contain 20 plus different flavored drinks, barely has 1 pr 2 drinks available everytime. Shouldn't have switched from the regular drink dispenser. Maybe then it would actually be continuously restocked. Floors are always littered with trash and the trash cans are overflowing, all while there's an empty dining area and workers joking and playing around in the back not actually doing their jobs.

I never leave reviews but this was the best sandwich I have ever had! Not only does it come with a pickle, but it was the most flavorful and well done sandwich I’ve eaten. Has all other sandwich shops beat. There’s also a drive through which is a huge bonus and the workers are enjoyable!

The staff was nice. However the sub was terrible. I got a medium Steamer. The meat was only luke warm and of was full of fat and what meat that there was, was tough, it was terrible. I am from the east coast and have never had an issue with anything I have ordered from the east coast Firehouse Subs. Extremely disappointed!

Drive through slow, but worth the weight. No cars behind or ahead.
