Have come to this store plenty of times and order the same thing everytime. This time I noticed with the combo there was an additional $2.99 charge and I asked what the charge is for after already paying for the $3.99 combo upgrade. I am told the $2.99 charge is for manual labor after the employee asked the manger as he has never seen the charge either. $2.99 FOR YOU TO FILL MY DRINK CUP thats a joke!

Decided to do a pickup order tonight after a long day. Pulled up to get it and the employee was not very friendly and said I had to go in to pick it up can’t get it in the drive thru. I told him that I have always gotten it in the drive thru and he said “I’m just the messenger” terrible service with very mediocre food! There’s better ways to say that the rules have changed perhaps you could have given me my food since I was in my PJs and not expecting to go in and let me know the new policy in that case I would have given a better review then just never ordered again.

I love the food but the last time I tried going the wait was 30 minutes and now I’ve been parked the drive through for the past 15 minutes. If the car in front of me had a big order why not have them park out front. Not a quick lunch break.

Came in for a pick up to a completely empty restaurant no employees or customers when the employee came out finally she was messing around on her phone she didn't even see she had an order. The point of a pick up is to cut that wait out.
