An incident has occur between my family and the male server osacr In this location we are local and it’s embarrassing to our family to get together from now since we had a bad experience And this is not the first incident at all. We witnessed an argument between the cook and worker here infront of our kids. We enjoy our meals here as the cook does a good job as though it’s well un-professional for a male to show an embarrassment to our kid to eat out. We had a family of 8 witness the Incident hopefully it’s well resolved as we will not be coming till then. Our night was then continued on as the cook notified the manager is on their way to cover, Destiny continued to served us with well gratitude and patience.

Very busy today. Line to be seated about 10 minutes. 10 am on a Friday. Got seated, server kept walking past us, 3 times more carrying dishes for the kitchen, receipts for customers, credit card machine. I put my menu on the table, server says in passing I'll be right with you. Server then checks out other persons, clears dishes from a table, finally comes to us, can I start you with something to drink, I tell server we also know what we want to order. This way we didn't have to wait longer to place our order later. Half of our meal came out, waiting on pancakes. Pancakes were overcooked, brown and separated when cut. Not very enjoyable!

This has become our favorite restaurant and particularly the server, Destiny. She has always gone above and beyond to accommodate, is always in a great mood no matter how busy it is and has such a pleasant personality. She always ensures that the food is prepared perfectly and I don't know how anyone could give this restaurant less than five stars especially if they have had Destiny serving them.

i went to eat breakfast this morning with my sister destiny and adison took really good care of us. have us refills without having to ask. Overall Destiny and adison were amazing:)
This was the worst experience at an IHOP. I have been a server for 20 years, and I understand the struggles of being alone on the Floor. The staff are nott set up for success. We waited for 30 minutes for water. I can see the poor girl was by her self. That was the last time I saw her. 2 more servers came on and the disappeared. After 40 minutes we finally got our order in, I asked for water and tobacco and she had to go to kitchen to get it? Weird. Why are these thing at easy access? No one came back we had to hunt down to go box. No apologies to us or acknowledgment. Won't go back

Alba was a great host for me and my young boy! The booth was clean, orders taken timely and she brought extra stuff. Very helpful, good experience, and using the specials on now very affordable as modern times go.

When my friend and I first got there, we were seated at a dirty table, but moved to another table of my choosing. I ordered food off the menu and was later told they didn't have it. I then ordered something else and again was told they did not have it. I ordered another item and they got half of my order wrong. The waitress was not prompt or did not bus our table in a timely fashion. At time of checkout, the waitress did not bring the bill to the table, so we had to wait a long time sitting, waiting to pay and get out of the restaurant, which was nearly empty when we were there.
