We arrived as a group of five, and even though the restaurant was mostly empty, we were kept waiting in the waiting area for over 10 minutes. After being seated, we waited another 15 minutes just to place our order. When we finally did, the first thing we were told was that their hamburgers were already sold out. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing due to the unnecessary waiting and lack of availability.

I sware for a to go meal they thru together tho hole thing and it was very plane no flavor... Also was told it was going be brought out to our car and it wasn't the pancake nothing was special about strawberry banana pancakes if they wanted make it that way they could made the pancakes with strawberries and bananas in the pancakes and on top not pancakes with them on top and the bananas had flies.. EWwww and when I called to talk manger kept getting hung up or ignored... Also the ham I only got 1 small tiny piece not 2 and the eggs were nasty and slimy the hash browns were not fully cooked.. sad case of an IHOP if I wanted an uncooked meal I would asked one the young kids in my family not payed for a meal to enjoy with my husband

If I could give my review a negative score I would. I know IHOP isn’t fine dining, but I at the bare minimum expect to be given a decent meal and decent service for a fair price. My wife and I waited 40 minutes for our food, blueberry pancakes and a biscuits and gravy combo. The restaurant wasn’t empty-but also wasn’t packed. And I would understand if it’s super busy if food is slow, but it didn’t appear to be hectic at all, they were genuinely just slow to get us anything. Now slow service isn’t that bad, but it’s awful when you have to wait forever to then get bad food-not mediocre, but bad. My wife’s gravy did not taste like anything, i tasted it when she said it tasted like nothing, and it was like flavorless gruel. Even packet gravy has a taste to it-did they 3D print out fat and throw food coloring into it? My pancakes were fine until I got about halfway through my stack and started to feel ill. I can eat a lot of food, and I can certainly eat a ton of junk food full of red40 and corn syrup, so when I say that it made me sick to keep eating; that means something. Our waitress seemed like a normal lady, so I’m not blaming her. I am blaming the establishment as a whole because it’s probably a staffing/ingredients problem. I know it’s not a 3 star restaurant but at least try to make decent food. Most IHOPs are independently owned, so the blame isn’t because of company policy-just poor management and cooking skills. I’m sure that this business is going to leave some review pushing back on me for what I’ve said-but I genuinely just had a bad time and wish I could have gotten my money back. Because me and my wife wouldn’t have had to waste an hour and 35 bucks, and could have just gone to Mr. T’s instead.

An incident has occur between my family and the male server osacr In this location we are local and it’s embarrassing to our family to get together from now since we had a bad experience And this is not the first incident at all. We witnessed an argument between the cook and worker here infront of our kids. We enjoy our meals here as the cook does a good job as though it’s well un-professional for a male to show an embarrassment to our kid to eat out. We had a family of 8 witness the Incident hopefully it’s well resolved as we will not be coming till then. Our night was then continued on as the cook notified the manager is on their way to cover, Destiny continued to served us with well gratitude and patience.

Very busy today. Line to be seated about 10 minutes. 10 am on a Friday. Got seated, server kept walking past us, 3 times more carrying dishes for the kitchen, receipts for customers, credit card machine. I put my menu on the table, server says in passing I'll be right with you. Server then checks out other persons, clears dishes from a table, finally comes to us, can I start you with something to drink, I tell server we also know what we want to order. This way we didn't have to wait longer to place our order later. Half of our meal came out, waiting on pancakes. Pancakes were overcooked, brown and separated when cut. Not very enjoyable!

This has become our favorite restaurant and particularly the server, Destiny. She has always gone above and beyond to accommodate, is always in a great mood no matter how busy it is and has such a pleasant personality. She always ensures that the food is prepared perfectly and I don't know how anyone could give this restaurant less than five stars especially if they have had Destiny serving them.
