Let's be honest, I paid $14 for a sandwich. That was it! No drink, no side. Nothing. I always try to support local business owners, but... I was ignored by the server when I asked questions. The owner clearly had large orders to fill as many cut in line B4 me and took boxes to their car. I was there on Thursday 2/13. Hoping to get some fun valentine treats but was totally turned off by the service of staff. I won't return. So disappointed.

One of my favorite local spots 🥐🍪🧁🥪
First of all my ham and cheese croissant was cold. The gal warmed it up twice for me and it was still cold, the cheese wasn't even melted!
Second:
I like music but it was playing so loud you couldn't even have a conversation without yelling almost.

Love going to Indulge! Best Espresso in Mount Vernon and everyone is so nice there. Plus the pastries are melt in your mouth delicious!

The perfect 'hole in the wall' bakery & coffee bar that either the locals rave about to visiting family/friends/co-workers, or jealousy keep secret so they don't have to share the cookies & sandwiches with anyone else. I was...tempted...not to tell anyone (the patini sandwiches I just don't want to share) but the workers were just too nice.
BTW, their scones? Are about the size of 2 adult fists. The chocochip ones are practically *coated* in the chips.

Our favorite bakery. Scones are tender and so good. We really love the maple nut. Rhubarb is excellent, too. Okay, really they're all good. The Godfather panini is the stuff of sandwich dreams. We love the breakfast burritos so much that we get a bunch of them that we put in the freezer and haul back home with us (we live far away). Plus we love that the coffee is balanced and not overly sweet or burnt like so many coffee shops. Even if they add syrup it is still pleasant to drink alongside a scone. Not sugar overload. Highly recommend this place. We come every time we visit town and they never disappoint. Plus they have always been welcoming to our small children!
Kid-friendliness: They've always been very welcoming to our small children. Lots of fun child treat options.

Had an Americano and a Breakfast Club sandwich!
Coffee was on point and the sandwich was very delicious, tasted fresh and did not overwhelm my palate.
Do wish they asked if you wanted your drink in a mug or a cup and staff were bubbly but thats just personal preference.

I have enjoyed the community the owners of this local destination bakery and cafe have created. Made some friends and the staff will definitely make you feel a little better at worst & most likely if your like me make a positive delightful start to your day. I herd a younger man ok Curtis & Daveta his wife tell Christine the owner/baker this morning ?that they are kinda Skagit Valley country scones snobs ??? ... in a whisper tone he told her they highly recommend Baker’s Christine and Zane and Clair’s scones in there top 5, there’s being #1 of course ? the inside secret .. baker Quintin ?any way they all go well with moca Joe brewed coffee or the delightful and affable barista’s mis Maddie Suzan’s Alondra Trigin or Suesue can make ya a late’ moca or a delightfully delicious smoothie, i prefer the golden girl with a hippie chick panini. Any way you can’t go wrong it’s all scrumptious and the people you meet in this community will hopefully make your day. a little better. So, take a moment & treat yourself Monday morning to a little indulgence @ #indulgebakeryandcafe today!??✌?

Scones and muffins fresh out of the oven. Awesome! I called in advance and I think that helped. But took a box to work and very well received. Coffee was also really good, tried a dairy free golden coffee and was worth it.
Dietary restrictions: They do have gluten free options.
