Bought 6 tacos for $6.00plus tax = $6.50
I cleaned my apartment, and I needed a treat, and I ate steamed rice to follow it up so I didn’t get acid reflux.
The employee person seemed nice. Drive through was busy, they are short staffed, worked with confidence, am very thankful.
I might not buy J.I.B tacos again because it used to be cheaper and I’ll buy other food items instead so I am not upset.

I can’t imagine a fast food restaurant being any slower. Even when you finally have the food brought out to the car half the time it ends up being someone else’s. Even if you’re the only customer, they make you pull around to the front or send you to one of the parking spots. I assume this helps skew their numbers for drive-through times.

There were 2 cars in front of me . One had already been parked in the single spot in front and the other one was parked behind it. I simply ordered a classic grilled chicken wrap and two tacos. I was asked to park in the spot out front. I told the employee I could not someone was already there. She told me to just get as close as I could. The car in the middle got their food first, then the car that was actually parked in the spot, and finally me. I expected mine last, as I was last parked. What I did not expect was a 10 minute wait. The inside only had a few diners, already sitting down. When I opened my chicken wrap, it was fried not grilled! No, I did not go in to have it replaced as I had to get home and I had to eat as I had gone too long without eating as it was. The food was good. I can say the wrap was tasty. I was trying to avoid the increased grease since the tiny tacos are fried.

The last time that I got food at the Mount Vernon Jack in the Box there was hair in it and it immediately made me want to puke everything that I just ate because it wasn't just one piece it was like there was hair all throughout it
Went to store for door dash pick up, get to the lobby and behind the counter wasn’t much work going on just lots of chatter. the restaurant was closed to all orders except for online orders, with no signs on the outside. Many customers coming inside just to be turned away and not much sympathy from the staff. I wouldn’t come back on my personal time.

Why do they play this game where we have to pull around front while they pretend my order is complete? No one was behind me. My $4 cup of ice had a splash of coke over it. The person seemed pretty irritated to be at work too, like I was an inconvenience. I hadn’t been to a Jack in a long time, what is going on with these prices and service?

Horrible ,horrible ,horrible . Bad customer service , Food quality is horrible and I waited 33 minutes exactly in the drive thru for my order and the employee decided to have the nerve to give me an attitude.Needs to be shutdown will be calling cooperate as well.

Food would have been great if we had gotten it when it first was done. The employees here would rather talk with each other than to get your order for you. Dining room was trashed so bad that we ate in our car. There are people doing drugs all the time right in the parking lot. This place is hands down the worse place to eat as far as Jack in the box
