I ordered curly fries and got regular fries. Also ordered a large diet coke only to take a drink it tastes like the syrup ran out. I wouldn't complain, but the amount to pay for fast food is expensive and I was on my lunch break and didnt want to wait longer than the 10 minutes I had already waited.

The wait for take out is ridiculous. They focus on drive thru mostly.. extremely long wait even when dead.. legit waited till they had no customers then served me. Wish I could give zero stars

It would be very convenient if you add extra cheese and jalapenos to all your taco items on all delivery platforms. I always have to ask my delivery drivers to pay for the items then have to pay them when they deliver my order. Sometimes the store won't fulfill the request.

Any time of day or year this place is always a reliable option. They cook the food fresh and it is open every single day, even Christmas. Not all Jack In The Boxes are equal in quality, but this one has always been good.

A couple weeks ago I tried to get 2 sausage croissants and was given a plain kids burger instead. I reported in the app the error and still have not been compensated eventhough im getting emails to rate how they served me. I won't be back.

Bad customer service, sat at the speaker waiting calling them ,came up to the window and said they wouldn’t take an order at the window they said to go back and order at the speaker with a line of cars. I do not recommend going here.

$15 for a 1 egg breakfast sandwich meal is crazy..you can get a big Dennys platter for this and its real food, makes no sense why they charge this much for fast food, especially when you have real restaurants serving real food for the same price right next to you. Service was slow also, only 3 people in drivethru line and 2 people already eating in lobby, there was no lunch rush yet and they still took a while

RUDE MORNING CASHIER ! 6:55am . 10/18/25 everything I asked for she mysteriously didn’t have I asked for salsa for my breakfast sandwich she acted like she didn’t have it . I had to overly explain to her what I wanted then it appeared there’s no jelly in stock which wasn’t in stock the last time I came here last Monday. Jack In the box send this location condiments they need some. Last time coming to this location.

I was ording munchie meals when I was already having a tough choice to choose from and the dude said they were out of onion rings after I was ordering the second munchie meal so I was scrapping the munchie meal because I just wanted the onion rings and curly fries but before I could ask for just the burgers I had already ordered he cancelled my order and said they were closed. Maybe learn what you're out of before letting people order it. One minute they had the onion rings and then all of a sudden they didn't.
