Have been to this location a couple times as my son likes the breakfast burritos and it's really changed my impression. The staff seems to put minimal effort into working with people, the food always looks terrible which us strange because we always have to wait as they seem to make it as soon as we order it, and I am not comfortable going in as it does not seem very inviting

Where are my tacos? I ordered just three items from the drive-thru, but only two were in the bag. Wouldn't you know it? The one time I don't check my fast food order is when they mess it up. If you're in a hurry, driving on I-5, better make sure this Jack in the Box gets your order right before getting back on the freeway!

The service was horrible I ordered one sandwich and some french toast sticks it took almost 30 minutes for me to get my food and they had a child there while they were working the overnight shift sleeping in a booth very unprofessional

Why are the doors locked the windows have not been cleaned for months. The bathrooms are disgusting. If the bathrooms are disgusting could you imagine what the kitchen looks like it is nasty they should be shut down.

Prices are crazy. We got some value burgers, 1 order of small fries and a couple drinks and it was over $21. I don't know how a young family can afford to eat here.

Bought 6 tacos for $6.00plus tax = $6.50
I cleaned my apartment, and I needed a treat, and I ate steamed rice to follow it up so I didn’t get acid reflux.
The employee person seemed nice. Drive through was busy, they are short staffed, worked with confidence, am very thankful.
I might not buy J.I.B tacos again because it used to be cheaper and I’ll buy other food items instead so I am not upset.

I can’t imagine a fast food restaurant being any slower. Even when you finally have the food brought out to the car half the time it ends up being someone else’s. Even if you’re the only customer, they make you pull around to the front or send you to one of the parking spots. I assume this helps skew their numbers for drive-through times.

There were 2 cars in front of me . One had already been parked in the single spot in front and the other one was parked behind it. I simply ordered a classic grilled chicken wrap and two tacos. I was asked to park in the spot out front. I told the employee I could not someone was already there. She told me to just get as close as I could. The car in the middle got their food first, then the car that was actually parked in the spot, and finally me. I expected mine last, as I was last parked. What I did not expect was a 10 minute wait. The inside only had a few diners, already sitting down. When I opened my chicken wrap, it was fried not grilled! No, I did not go in to have it replaced as I had to get home and I had to eat as I had gone too long without eating as it was. The food was good. I can say the wrap was tasty. I was trying to avoid the increased grease since the tiny tacos are fried.
