Went through drive thru at night employees never answered said hey a few time but nothing, pulled around went inside & a short girl with red hair said rudely she didn’t want to answer us cause we kept saying hey & she said she was busy with other orders but they kept ignoring other people in drive thru too & people that went inside & everyone kept leaving because they didn’t want to take any orders even though they said they were open & could take orders. Ended up leaving because they were very disrespectful when confronted about ignoring us & just kept saying that we annoyed them so that’s why they didn’t take our order, super unprofessional don’t recommend going there.

Made a mobile order. Got my food and the bag was sealed, drove to my next stop and opened my bag. I was missing food. I finish my stop and went back to the store to get my missing tacos. I had to explain 4 times that I was missing my tacos. The girl said, "you want to order more tacos?" No..I'm missing them. She had me pull forward, where I had to explain it again. I understand some time things are missed, but having to explain it over and over again. You need someone better working the drive thru.

I give one star because no matter the time or day or how busy they are, they make you pull out to the front. When you do this, it throws off being able to get out correctly. Seems petty but it drives me crazy. I had to wait for my food for 10 min because the person behind me was getting their bag loaded, and the staff didn't want to have to walk out to the front of the store twice. I've called about this and no response or change in service. ???

I wouldn't even rate this store a one starafter today. I'm done with this Jack in the box. The other commenters made the comment that if you wanna eat food out of a garbage dumpsteryou be better off doing so. Well, I will agree with him this morning. 5:30 AM. This store is supposed to be open 24 hours on the drive through. I came in through drive through and no one answered drive through. I waited 15 minutes so now it is a quarter to 6 in the morning. I had to quickly run over to Safeway to buy my breakfast because there was no response from the people inside. This store because they're all asleep on the job. So by the time I got back to my job, I was almost latefor my job. And if you don't Arrive on time at my job. You are physically locked out of the building and you will lose your whole day.Do not go there lousy lousy lousy. We're service, and this is not the first time this has happened. This is now the third time in the last month. That this has happened not just me but to some of my co-workers as well You might as well close.close your doors Mount Vernon, Jack in the box. If you can't keep employees that can do their jobs close down. And by the way, just let you people know at the Mount Vernon store. I will be contacting corporate and I'm not gonna be nice. I will make sure somebody loses their job over this one.

The staff are slow and disorganized. They frequently "forget" to put all the items in the bag or they give us completely different food. They charge for sauce but don't put the sauce in the bag.
Usually a long wait on the drive thru!!They even have someone waiting on the Google satellite picture!! I dont know how they keep taking this long at this branch!! Corporate should check into it because it is unacceptable!! This is the reason I stopped eating here 304

If you like late night food from a late night dumpster, it's the perfect place to eat!!! They just need to close the place at night if you don't want to cook food.Ordered a double jack with a meal from this location late at night ... the fries were undercooked and crispy and undercooked cold at the same time and tasted funny. Seems like it came from the trash.Don't ever go here late at night. it seems like they might sweep the floor and sprinkle the dirt into your food. Who knows what they did to the food I actually did eat before I noticed the frise.Note: It's not that it was improperly prepared it was not prepared at all!.. They just put spoiled old food in a bag and sold it to me!! Like all the dumb movies you see !! Don't ever go here!! I don't say that lightly. It's funny till your on the receiving end!!

Extremely slow service going thru the drive thru on numerous occasions. They seem really disorganized. It took me almost 20 minutes from the time I ordered with three cars in front of me, to get one meal today. Not "fast food' here, might want to look at your drive thru cameras and see how long it really takes.
