I usually have no issues at this Jersey Mike’s and come here regularly, but this visit was terrible because of one employee. The red-haired guy working there was extremely rude. We bought a 3-pack of cookies and they were completely burnt. When we asked for replacements, he didn’t even look at them or ask any questions—just immediately said, “That’s how we cook them and that’s how cookies look.”
On top of that, his attitude toward his fellow coworkers was just as bad—dismissive and disrespectful. No customer service, no attempt to resolve the issue, and an overall hostile vibe. Someone like that shouldn’t be working front-facing customer service. There are plenty of people who would appreciate and care about this job more than he clearly does.

The last of the great sub sandwich shops. You know, subway's gone to shit and many others, but this is the truly last great subs at least I can get the giant sandwich and be fed.And feel good about it, and they never complain.When you say, can you add extra tomatoes?They give you twenty tomatoes when you ask for extra pickles.They give you a giant handful of pickles, not two pickles.
