Last Saturday we suddenly found out that that the caterers we hired canceled at the time of the venue. We had 30+ guests showing up. No food? Whoa! We quickly called local Mexican restaurants that cater. Jorge’s were right on it! With only a short time to provide dinner for so many guests, it was a slam dunk!
