I ordered the thanksgiving feast meal and it was such a hit that my step daughter (24) asked if it could be a tradition. It made so so happy! It was worth every penny! It was really affordable considering the time it saved me. I actually got to spend the day with the family instead of slaving away in the kitchen. Everything tasted wonderful and there was plenty left overs to send home with everyone. I would highly recommend.

I placed a pickup order at KFC through the DoorDash app and started heading to the restaurant. I get there at the perfect time that it states it’s ready. Pull thru the drive through asking for my pickup order and they make me pull out front. All is fine until 8 min go buy and someone is walking my order to my car for me. I roll my window down and I’m handed two LARGE bags of food and the person walks away. My boyfriend and I look in the bags and it’s not our order at all, it was like a 5 person family’s order. My boyfriend brings the bagged food back inside and tells them it’s not our order. The employee then asks for our name and walks away. The employee comes back 5 min later and asks for the order name AGAIN! Then another 5 min later we get our correct order. We park and start to open our food. I noticed I was missing and item and mentioned it to our boyfriend as he was just pulling out his food. Then BAM! His box of food falls right through the bottom because it was not shut or secured properly and was done lazy. Chicken wings/crumbs are EVERYWHERE on his pants and my car seats/floors. At this point we are not happy and he takes pictures of what happened and goes inside the store to show them and get my missing item. My boyfriend starts explaining what happened to them and the employee interrupts him twice saying what is the exact item to remake AS HE IS EXPLAINING IT TO THEM. As my boyfriend is waiting for the remade food three employees are in the corner talking shit saying “I’m glad the food fell in your car” PS. He was polite when he went inside to explain what happened he was not rude in anyway he just wanted his food remade because it fell and the box wasn’t put together correctly. KFC in Mount Vernon, you suck! It’s not hard to be nice & apologies when a mistake happens. But also it makes sense why you 3 three works work there with the horrible attitude and personality you guys all have! You know who you are.

2 PC meal and famous bowl. It was disgusting. Everything tasted like it had been made over an hour previous and sat under a heat lamp. I do not like confrontation so I just got a to go bag and took it home to my husband who wound up just throwing it out.

We came through the drive through tonight and the service was Terrible!! The girl at the window was extremely rude! When we asked her a question, she said I don’t know and then slammed the window, what kind of customer service is that? And to top that off she didn’t even get our order correct we still had to go in and deal with extremely rude people! The manager rude! All the side workers also rude, we definitely won’t be coming back,
This place is DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY!!! Bathrooms are trashed, Dining room looks like it hasn't been cleaned all day. I actually got better food DOORDASHING than eating in the store.

Not quite sure why the drive thru has you pull around to wait for your order when there's no one else in the drive thru. Said it was only a few mins, took much longer and I was late getting back to work :( my own fault but still going to make it or break it for next time
