Horrible I walked in hearing the manage yelling at staff that is disgusting behavior your supposed to be working as a team not authoritarian if you can’t handle the stress of the job maybe you shouldn’t be a manager if you can’t handle the stress I wish I had recorded the behavior and put her on blast

Called and dude told me they don't delivery. Their listing and website says they do... I double checked - 'little Caesars doesnt deliver?' he said nope and hung up.

This is the 5th time now they've gotten my order wrong, I ordered a simple pepperoni pretzel bread with pizza sauce, they gave me a pretzel bread with cheese sauce and pineapple on it

Bad service. It took 45 minutes for my order to be ready, more than 20 minutes longer than the confirmation email said it would. When I mentioned it to the worker at the counter she just clicked some buttons, walked away, came back and started taking other people’s orders. I asked her again about my order and she said that I had only ordered it 20 minutes ago, which wasn’t true. I showed her the confirmation email but she didn’t seem to care. She never apologized for the food being late or showed sympathy for it being a “mechanical issue” or anything (whether it was or not). Really displeased with the service I received here. Also the pretzel crust we ordered was just regular pizza crust with some big salt on in. Not sure if that’s right since we’ve never had it before.
Popped in for a cheese pizza and a can of Mango Rush Mountain Dew 🤤 Everyone here is helpful and friendly!

Worst little Caesars pizza store still operating. They will have you waiting for an hour at the counter for an online order that was ready 10 minutes before you arrived. Staff will just ignore you until you end up leaving and still get charged. One star review is still too high.
