Absolutely fumed with this stand today. Today is my best friends wedding and I called at 7:20am to place a drink order for 15 drinks for everyone getting ready. The lady, very irritated with my request, told me that it’s her busiest time of the morning and she didn’t have a second person. I needed them latest 8:30… that over an hour in advance. We placed an order at Bigfoot Java instead so that we would support a business that would respect us and they had them all ready IN 20 MINUTES. I will never return.

Usually I'd recommend Morgan's in a heartbeat! Love their coffee and usually their service. So it was a natural thing to want to go to them for my wedding party coffee order of 14 drinks.... That was until we called and were asking An hour before we wanted to pick up the drinks what the best method would be to get the drinks.... We got resistance about the order, then we're told that it's too busy during that time... then said after 9 would be better.... We're calling at 7 to pick up at 8 an hour wasn't enough time to fill 14 drinks? When we tried to confirm it was doable she then pretty much just hung up on us. Not the customer service i'd expected! I'll recommend Morgan's for small orders but I'll never waste time thinking they can handle more than that...So unfortunate! I called Big Foot Java they not only wrote the order down they said they'd have it ready...all of it...in 10 minutes! Now that's service!

I recently tried the blended caramel macchiato at the coffee show, and it was absolutely delightful! The taste was superb, and what impressed me the most was that it wasn't overly sweet, which is always a plus for me. However, if there's one thing I would have liked to see improved, it would be the blending of the ice. I personally prefer my cold drinks to have a thicker consistency, so a more thoroughly blended ice would have been perfect. Nonetheless, I still thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the coffee show and would definitely recommend trying their blended caramel macchiato.

Great coffee, always friendly BUT the wait time is unbearable. Every time I stop there I have to wait for 15-20 mins just to get to the window. We live very close by and if there is even a single car in line we will bypass and stop somewhere else or you’ll be waiting forever. I’m not sure what the hold up is. Today we decided to try again and stopped with two cars ahead of us and 13 mins later the first car was still at the window. We left for another stand, on the way back we passed by and the car that had been in front of us was just leaving. I don’t understand what’s happening. If they could fix that issue it would be 5 stars.
Kind if expensive.. Mocha milk shakes are the best.. Theres not another stand that makes mocha milk shakes better.worth every penny ALWAYS happy when I get my milkshake from Morgan's stand.

I when to Morgan’s asked for a blended lemonade had tried it and didn’t know they put a dairy base in the blended drinks it tasted like milk so I had asked for a remake and was told I had to pay for it when I didn’t know they put dairy base in their blended drinks just wouldn’t come again not to mention I’m lactose intolerant :/
