Pizza seriously undercooked. It may have been my fault for coming in early . May have been the reason it was out of the oven before it was done. Ingredients seem great but very undercooked . I would have came back to have it corrected but was on my lunch break and time was of the essence. Luckily my co worker didn’t mind taking it home so he could throw it the oven and have it himself so not a waste besides my lunch hour.

I ordered the New York style Reuben painin. It was awful. Firstly, it was not a panini at all, but rather 2 pieces of bread presumably toasted on a flat top. There was hardly any meat or cheese or even saurkraut! The feeble amount of meat was old and nearly flavorless. The cheese ws barely noticeable and also flavorless. And I could've counted the strands of saurkraut. If you tried to serve that in NYC, you'd get...well, imagine. I don't work there, don't know the owner, don't have anything against anyone there. I'm just a person who went to for a good dinner and got pure crap.

Pacioni's was a staple in my diet several years ago when i worked in mount vernon. But that was years ago and since then the food quality has been getting worse.

A few days ago i was passing through mount vernon around 11:30am and placed an order for carry out. A Margarita pizza and plain regular pizza. Thet smelled wonderful but that's where any resemblence of the old Pacioni's was left to die at.

Being from NY i can be a pizzza snob. However, given the choice between e.g. Little ceasers and Pacioni's, i'd expect the pizza from the later choice to be better.

i am sorry i didn't want to review bomb you. But sometimes somethings like this must be said. Ya'll wasnt even busy there so the foood needs to be perfect when it's slow or you'll continue in this heart ache of a direction.

Sorry new(ish) owners. I hope you find someone who can go back to making good tasting food again and not a microwaved looking, undercooked, tasteless pizza like you sold me days ago.

Why has it gotten so slow. Haven’t been in two years because of a bad meal. I guess I can wait another two years before trying it again.

I usually love this place, though have only been 5 or so times. Last night my partner and I got food to go, spaghetti and a calzone. I really do love the food here, I also understand resturaunt service because I have been in the industry myself.
I understand mistakes do happen, but upon getting home and eating our food together, and sharing, we saw a meatball that was very under cooked and pink in the center. My calzone didn't have meat and was still warm so I felt comfortable eating that and sharing that instead because it was pretty big. Well this morning I have food poisioning to the degree of missing work, my partner has symptoms too.
This has been very disappointing because this is a spot where my partner and I celebrate our anniversery.
I know one of the cooks because we've seen him frequently and he wasn't present when I looked for him last night; maybe it was a new or different cook this one time.

Ruined our date night!!!
My fiance took me here for dinner and we were very excited to try a new place! But we were sadly met with very poor service. It took our server about fifteen minutes to come to our table after we were first seated. We spotted her (a young blonde woman, she never introduced herself) on her phone multiple times behind the bar. She never came to refill our drinks or check on us or the food.
The food was okay, not bad but not worth the money. My fiance said his alfredo was bland. And my pizza was served cool while my fiance's food was hot. And my food was served on a substantially chipped plate (pictured). We left a tip that reflected the service we were given.
Atmosphere was nice, sadly it was the best thing about the restaurant.

We just had an awesome meal here. We were so impressed! Taylor was very helpful in steering us to food we would love—but, frankly, I am convinced that anything we ordered would have been exceptional! The Greek Salad was sooooo good—it was sufficiently packed with lovely tidbits that every bite was wonderful. It came with a thick and delicious balsamic vinegar dressing—only a little was actually needed, but it is always nice to have extra. Our pizza was the special of the day—misnamed in my opinion, as a mushroom pizza. While there were mushrooms on it, it was a marvelous compilation of lots of flavors, and the burrata was beyond stellar! I love a lovely burrata in all its forms, but this was perfectly heated to provide both a lovely, exquisite and extravagant melt along with some that was slightly firm so a perfect combination. And there was other lovely cheese to boot! Wonderful! Plus wonderful, wonderful crust! We were so happy. The Limoncello Mojito recommended by Taylor was fabulously flavorful. The outdoor seating, so nice on a very warm day. We would go back in a heartbeat.

If you like a pizza with Roma tomato added on top of your pizza?, you’ll be happy…but we weren’t. The pizzas were ok…not great! We were brought the bill while we still had a good third of our pizza to eat… because it was close to their closing time… very poor customer service indeed! To top it all, one of the kitchen cook/ helper decided it was ok to ride a scooter through the restaurant back and forth …while they had put loud music ! I assume to let us know to finish up quickly and go!!! Quite the experience….
