the staff is super attentive! very considerate and accommodating. our family of 3 had a long day and stopped by inside to get our meals, our little one was fussy and they definitely made our day by being so on top of things and generous! thank you afternoon crew 8/31/25 7pm!

I got very small portion for my lunch plate which I have never seen at the other Pandas. They don't want to give slender customers their usual portion. I should have taken the pic!
The employee that helped my mom today, they said her name was Martha when I called. I had typed out my order so my mom could show them to make it easier for them because she does not speak English. Martha told my mom that instead of typing it a voice memo would have been better. I also spoke with her on the phone to try and change my order because something was not going to be available. She continues to say she doesn’t understand what I asked for because she didn’t want to change the order. She continues to say she doesn’t understand and then tells my mom to hang up the phone and to tell me to go in myself next time instead. The order was wrong also considering it was typed out for her to double check.

Thankfully the food is consistent just like other pandas. The only downside with this location is that they are very busy which causes long wait times for pick up orders and waiting in line inside. Staff is alright as far as friendliness. I wouldn't say they are welcoming or warm by any means they are just on cruise control pumping out orders.

When someone orders a bigger plate and 2 of the meats are the same thing, put them both in one container and add the single serving to a red box. Why I have 2 orders of orange chicken and you only put one and a string bean in the white box and separated the other orange chicken into a red box? That's stupid.
