We placed a large order of pizza's and the employee I called to confirm and ask questions in regards to my order was extremely unprofessional and rude!!! I had to call another papa John's after he hung up on me and then refused to answer my call.. marysville manager was very helpful.. all I wanted was a receipt... after 4 hour of waiting for a call back I finally called and spoke to a manager, got my receipt and told him how the pizza quality was poor bacon pizza had bacon only on one piece. Other pizzas toppings were clumped and not spread through the entire pizza.. his response was sorry, have a good day!!! I will never order there again.. I'd rather eat totinos frozen pizza

Lovin' this location.Got in & out pretty fast with 3L pizzas that all tasted great.Chewy crust with melty cheese & juicy meat.They even have "pick your own sauces" for those, like in my group, that can't do marinara~Many kudos to the cook!Vegetarian options: I counted at least 4 confirmed menu options for vegetarian pizzas~Kid-friendliness: The staff is great. They put great effort in making each of our dishes delicious!

Pizza was great, built our own, it was as good as Mary imagined as she ordered it. We goofed on our on line order and called to correct it and they were great and fixed our order and the bill wo a problem. 20 minutes like they said. Awesome.

The food was...okay. The boneless wings are sad to say the least. Blended up chicken parts and covered in sauce...compared to Dominos and Dominos is far superior for the same price. To make it worse Papa John's puts their wings in a plastic container that's poor for the environment. The pizza was good and as expected.When I went into the store to pick up my order they were prompt but the payment machine wasn't. All the food was correct and hot as expected.

First time ordering from this location.I was able to find a good deal on their website for a 3 topping large, for $11. Placed the order for pick up on their app,I arrived around 15 minutes after, and it was just coming out of the oven. Service was friendly and quick.The pizza was decent, and the sauce/cheese ratio was good. I only wish they added a little more Canadian bacon.
I was reluctant to order from this location due to all of the negative reviews, but I've had Papa John's pizza in other cities and have always enjoyed it, so I took a risk. I ordered a custom pizza with the Crispy Parm crust and a half cheese, half pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and the garlic parm wings. Everything was hot and delicious and delivered to the house within five minutes of the ETA. Two of my family members have never had Papa John's pizza before and they said it's the best pizza they've ever had. Also, the delivery driver was polite and super friendly. I've worked in the service industry my whole life and am really appreciative of great service. I will definitely order from this location again.

Ordered a pizza via their app. And it said estimated delivery was 34 minutes. Several phone calls and over an hour and 1/2 later and still no pizza. They said they had Munchie Dude pick up and deliver it. I was informed by the manager that I was not the only one ordering a pizza, and I could come in and pick it up. If Munchie Dude already picked it up, where was it? She told me to call Munchie Dude.. um no! I ordered from them, not Munchie Dude. Very rude Manager! Asked for a refund! Doubt I'll get it

Ordered delivery and they used door dash. If I would have known that before I ordered then I wouldn't have even bothered and the outcome was exactly what I figured it would be. Door dasher was very late and she immediately said she got lost. I'm not even sure how you can get lost these days. Two of the tamper stickers were off and the pizza was actually cold. The quality of the pizza was terrible and they must use a spoon to cut the slices because not one piece was actually cut through. I will never order pizza from here again.
