Came in on Saturday, 3/30. No customers in the place. Two workers were making pizzas the third employee (i think she was the manager)was in the office. I waited 10 minutes but not one came over to take my order. The guys making the pizzas made eye contact with me. They should have told the manager that there was a customer waiting. I don,t appreciate being ignored so we left. Need to get better about how you treat your customers... I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK...

Called in order at 10 am stating I lived 15 minutes away and would be leaving shortly to pick up the pizza. The person taking my order did not tell me that they would not open until 11 am. Hence, when I arrived at 10:30 they made me wait outside for 30 minutes even after I called and explained what had happened! Bad customer service!!My other issue is how the quality of Papa Murphy's pizza has gone down. Used to be the best place for take and bake, but now prices have doubled and the amount of topping that are put on is half of what they used to be. Pretty pathetic! We will no longer recommend nor purchase there until standards improve ?

Food is good enough. Kept telling me my pizza was ready,which it wasn't. So tell me the truth. Were busy its going to be a little longer. The Manager was abrupt, snapped at my husband needed to pay for his water. If I had heard how she had treated him I would gotten my money back. Needless to say the service and atmosphere was tense. The employees weren't treated well. There plenty plenty of other pizza places in town that will be getting our service.

The guy Chris was so professional. He was by himself making pizzas and taking orders. There was another employee but she didn't want to help because she was on her break. He handled everything well.

This is their second chance and there won't be a third. Not ready until 20 minutes past the pickup time. Last time it was 45 minutes. If you plan on ordering pizza here, expect to not get it at the time they tell you it will be ready.

Person who took phone order talked too fast, hard to understand. Ordered medium Cowboy, upsold to large for $1 more. That was good. BUT pizza wasn't all that large, toppings were pretty skimpy. Barely fed 3 people. Tasted just ok. Went to Safeway today, pu Meat Lovers pizza, was AT LEAST as large as PM, toppings were more generous, taste was just fine. Only $10.99. I coulda had 2 Safeway pizzas for price of one PM. And fed at least 6-8 people.
