The store did wonderful. The problem is the corporate change to no instore delivery drivers and relying on out sourced dilevery from an over used serice. Store couldn't get doordash to deliver our food. When we call 30 minutes after delivery was supposed to come we went to a call center which led to other problems. My wife got hung up on trying to check on order. I called a minute into her waitinf to make a new order to try and get through to find out its a call center and not the store answering anymore. The store did what they could to make up for the corporate mistakes made but our pizza was under heat lamps for 30 minutes. Ive stopped ordering from other pizza places that started to rely on unreliable services like doordash that picks and chooses their deliveries. On top of a call center that answers calls instead of the store. Not to mention the online timing system no longer works and says your pizza will be dilvered 30minutes ago. I suggest pickup if you want food from pizza hut anymore. Every company is switching to rely on doordash and like services which were nice for places that dont deliver. Now its a nightmare and you have to order through their sites for delivery with a 20-40% markup on everything plus inflated delivery charges. No more delivery for me from anywhere using these 3rd party companies.

I ordered last two times vegetarian pizza by call and all the time pizza base is so oily, even you can squeeze it and handful oils you have. My wife got admitted at hospital last time and today I am feeling sick to eat. Do you guys give different pizza base if someone make order via app or to come in store.

Have purchased many pizzas from this location and enjoyed them. Today's pizza was terrible! It was sweet. I think the sauce was the problem. It ruined the whole pizza and no one could eat it. What a disappointment. I think the guy working there dislikes his job, Not friendly at all.

Me and my family get a pizza from Pizza Hut almost all the time, but recently, it hasn't been the best experience. Normally we order it to our house and that part is perfectly fine, although I do have some issues. First of all, the pizza I've been getting recently have been really oily. We still eat it but thats more oil than we'd prefer on it. 2nd, the 'Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie' is normally me and my families favorite desert to get from the app but the last time I ordered from Pizza Hut, it was undercooked. You could clearly see that it needed to be cooked longer. Also for the price of the fries being so high, not a lot of fries even come with the pack. Its a very small amount for a big box/container. I'd prefer more fries for the expensive price I'm paying for. I believe you will be able to fix these issues me and my family have been having while ordering delivery.
I ordered my order through Uber eats. I ordered 2 pizzas cinnamon sticks AND cheese sticks. When I received my order I got an incomplete order. I only got 2 pizzas and cinnamon sticks, so thanks a lot for ruining my evening and giving me an incomplete order. I will NEVER order pizza from here ever again

Me and my family went in there, we said hello to the worker and he didnt say hello back, he just seemed super grumpy. We paid for our order then sat down but then we took a glance into the kitchen, the guy did not wash his hands after taking the money, none of the workers had gloves or hairnets on and they kept touching the food. Me and my family all have experience with working with food and all of those things are very important. Yes the food is good, but please chat with your employees about properly handling food and working with it.

Placed a delivery order on a Friday night around 9:30, called the location after waiting an hour, and was told they have no delivery driver so wait times were getting excessive. Tammy, the manager, was kind enough to offer a credit for our next order. Not sure what the staffing issue at this location is but it should be addressed. Waiting 90 mins for a single pizza to be delivered is pretty abysmal.
