I've eaten at the brewery several times before. Always good food, beer and service. I can't say this is a "bad" review, but more of a warning to customers... We were on a road trip. Hungry and immediately thought of stopping here. Google says it closes at 9pm. We get there at 7:30pm, walk in and see several folks eating and drinking. The server says "We just closed, too slow" ... That can be understandable but I mentioned Google said they were open until 9pm... The server says, "Well, it's actually 8pm that we close"... At the same time, a family with two kids walks in.... All I can say is make the effort to let Google know your hours so we can make informed decisions. I know for a fact it's not that difficult to do... And you lost out on some major money when you have two groups of folks walk in and you arbitrarily decide to close.

This used to be my go to place to refuel after trail runs up in Chuckanut. In the past, they had really good burgers and fries, and the beer was always good. I'm sad to say they've gone downhill significantly. The burger was...let's just say I could get a better burger at Jack In the Box or McDonalds. The fries were mediocre too. Clearly the burger patty and fries were from frozen and not any fault of the kitchen staff. The "brioche" bun likewise was not fresh, full of preservatives. The Yellow Jacket Pale Ale was still excellent, but the Scullers IPA tasted off - just not a good beer. It used to be good. The service - one guy as bartender and waiter for about 20 tables. He tried valiantly - no shade to him personally, but clearly understaffed. Maybe it was a bad night with emergency staff cancellations, but with the declines in the food quality, I'm inclined to believe its management cutting costs. Sad to see the decline of this once excellent establishment.

All though it says it's a brewery, it also houses a full bar great place to grab a burger and brew, the chili is awesome made with smoked brisket, if you don't like spicy I wouldn't recommend it, has a little bite but not burn your mouth off

Kid-friendliness: Most of the place is kid friendly there is a section that is 21 and over

Had a great experience at Skagit River Brewery! We were warmly greeted by everyone and seated right away. Our server was incredibly attentive, and the food came out fast and piping hot. The burgers and fries were delicious, and the pretzel we split was perfect. The pub rock music in the background added a nice touch to the atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic dine-in experience, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a laid-back vibe.

Parking: The location of the brewery is in a busy section of town but there's a relatively large free parking lot around the back and plenty of parking elsewhere around the area that is close by if it's full.

Used to be our go to place when we had out of town guest but the food has been less than excellent, just okay. Not bad but it used to be soooo much better. Wow moments.

The best burgers ever! Service is always a bit sketchy, but it could be that they're short staffed. They make up with great food and cold beverages!

Skagit River Brewery is in an old school building, on the side of the tracks serving great beers and fantastic food. Award winning clam chowder, fat burgers, and cold beer. What more could you ask for. Sit on the patio, the bar, or in the restaurant and watch the Hawks play.

Kid-friendliness: My kid loves the clam chowder.

We been coming here forever....decided to drive the hour up for lunch (which had 2 order mistakes), ordered more to take home...what the heck! We should've looked before paying. What happened to the AWESOME pizza? What we opened at home was nothing like the pizza used to be. Flatbread with barely any toppings. So disappointed. Skagit Brewery, you need to do better.

They forgot to add the meat to my nachos. Also the nachos were terrible, several of the chips were very burnt. My friend ordered wings and they were fine but not good. Lots of flies buzzing around our drinks at the table. Not a good experience. Would not recommend.
