When I'm in the Drive-Thru and they angrily bark at you what else do you want, as opposed to saying is there something else I can get you. I find that a little bit rude. I love my Starbucks that I go to they don't ask my name when I go through the drive-thru, I don't understand what you need my name for you don't use it at the window and I'm in the car behind the car you just took the order of in front of me LOL.

We rarely go to Starbucks. I was given a gift card (next time I'll just re-gift the card) I ordered a lemonade. My husband ordered a latte with oatmilk. They are out of oatmilk so he said do not make that latte. We'll just have the lemonade. Cashier said Okay. We waited way to long in drive through line. When it was finally our turn to pay we used the gift card and the cashier said we gave 3 dollars left to pay. (I didn't know how much was on the gift card) so we paid the rest with a 20 dollar bill. Cashier then handed us our change and 2 drinks. We informed her we only ordered one drink. Then she said "oh it's the car behind you. They ordered something similar" The cashier knew she charged us for 2 drinks and did not attempt to refund us. So I asked for a receipt. That's when a supervisor or a cashier with more experience came to help her. That cashier gave us our refund. I will never visit another Starbucks.

Everyone is always usually so happy and chipper here. Definitely those here and there that look miserable to be there. I just wish they would learn how to actually mix the matcha in on the drinks and stop leaving the powder sitting on the bottom to where you get a straw filled with powder and no actual matcha taste in the rest of the drink. Oh well.

What is happening here. I was noticing that the old store needs a face-lift from the outside, but this has been one of my regular stores. I'm on first name basis with the fine man who has been manager for years. My son used to work here. The music is so loud and caucus, and outdoor furniture has been removed so I can't sit out side. The inside us also sparsely furnished. Maybe they need to build a new store?

Came through the drive-through at 5 o’clock on Wednesday, July 31 and the gal working couldn’t get my order correct at the drive-through when ordering finally got it clear when we got up there to pay she handed us our drinks first before taking our payment and we specifically said you charged us for a grande as she’s handing us a Vente and she said yes the drink was not made properly and when we got our change, it was not the correct ch. She did charges us for ventes . This has not been the first time this has happened with the same cashier. She also always asked us to repeat our order at the window to her that is very unprofessional.
I bought coffee, egg bites that were a little bit of a different experience but very good, and four protein packs that were excellent.

It's Starbucks... We all know the food is good, the coffee is good, but what stands out about this Starbucks is the staff and the service. It's always top notch! I frequent this store and have get to be disappointed!
