When I'm in the Drive-Thru and they angrily bark at you what else do you want, as opposed to saying is there something else I can get you. I find that a little bit rude. I love my Starbucks that I go to they don't ask my name when I go through the drive-thru, I don't understand what you need my name for you don't use it at the window and I'm in the car behind the car you just took the order of in front of me LOL.
Everyone is always usually so happy and chipper here. Definitely those here and there that look miserable to be there. I just wish they would learn how to actually mix the matcha in on the drinks and stop leaving the powder sitting on the bottom to where you get a straw filled with powder and no actual matcha taste in the rest of the drink. Oh well.
What is happening here. I was noticing that the old store needs a face-lift from the outside, but this has been one of my regular stores. I'm on first name basis with the fine man who has been manager for years. My son used to work here.
The music is so loud and caucus, and outdoor furniture has been removed so I can't sit out side. The inside us also sparsely furnished.
Maybe they need to build a new store?
