I don’t know if my usual Starbucks is just awesome at controlling the flow of the drive-through but this place is very bad at. Usually takes about 10 minutes if you go through no matter what not sure why. The customer service is fine but still not as good as my usual one.

I order a venti mango dragon fruit lemonade and i got a venti cup halfway full and full of ice which end up tasting like water!!!
Makayla is an amazing barista. I liked her service and loved her attitude. Coffee was amazing. ❤️

The manager was rude and messed up our drinks, twice, and the girl she was training (I think Mikaela?) Was a sweetheart and making great conversation and the manager told her to stop and then didnt even have her do anything, and when she tried to tell the manager she forgot the caramel on my caramel machiato she shooed her off and told her to put the lid on.

This is NOT a drive thru and inside of the Safeway grocery store. The drive thru is closer to the road and further down.

My sister went here to get a free drink today for valentines day. It's her birthday, and Starbucks offers free drinks on your birthdays if you show ID. That's why she asked for a free drink.The really old redheaded lady was extremely rude to her and would not let her get one without paying. Ended up paying for 2 drinks.Also, don't make a drink before the order even starts.Get a better attitude. You do not belong in customer service whatsoever.

Was happy the coffee was hot just not happy about the prices and I love drinking coffee but for the price they charge I don't recommend going to this coffee place I like wood's coffee better because it is always fresh and there prices are better and the coffee is better and the employees treat u better thanks but I won't be going back to this coffee company again

Stop here often for coffee on the way to work. Great crew they have. Staff is friendly. Store is fitting for Starbucks chain. Clean, organized, and a steady flow of traffic.

This store is located inside a Safeway. So sometimes it can be difficult to spot. However, its right at the entrance so people don’t have to walk inside the big Safeway just to have a cup of coffee. Tried cafe latte and found it good. They have a small sitting area which isn’t that common for the in-store Starbucks. Service was very quick and they had decent snacks options too. As the store is inside Safeway, you can get ample parking space.
