This is the WORST Subway to go to! DO NOT give this Subway your Business!! They are so rude their number doesn’t even work the guy doesn’t even speak English hardly and was unprofessional handed my wife HIS personal phone to tell them what happened for the third time, and then he was basically yelling at my wife to take it up with DoorDash not them about the food even being made and delivered as the order was never even made. Instead of a refund like what was requested he then proceeds to say “come here lady” and starts making the sandwich which is when he started basically yelling at her and trying to degrade her about it! This place shouldn’t even be open! Don’t order online or anything this place is HORRIBLE!!!! Just down right rude and disrespectful and unprofessional

Placed a mobile order and walked in to pick it up. When I walked in, the worker didn’t smile, or even acknowledge me and just kept doing what he was doing with his AirPod in his ear. Finished my sandwich and placed it on the counter and still didn’t say a word. Very poor customer service.

Ordered online at 1:00 PM, arrived at the specified pick up time (1:20) and was made to wait for another 20 minutes while the employee made an entire line of sandwiches before starting my online order. I was made to wait for half of my lunch break for something that should’ve been ready when I arrived. Also, we ordered a bottled soda with one of our sandwiches and was told at the counter “we don’t have bottled” and was handed a giant cup. The giant cup, irritation at waiting, and needing to get back to work made me forget to grab a bag of chips that came with my combo. The whole experience was terrible and management needs to do something about this.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION, ORDERING IN PERSON WILL BE FASTER.

To management: DO NOT ACCEPT ONLINE ORDERS IF YOU CANNOT FULFILL THEM IN A TIMELY MANNER.
