I go to subway because they make better sandwiches than I do a home. This is the first time I wished I could just walk away and buy my own ingredients and make it at home. I used to work at subway and this store does NOT follow the meat/veggie chart that is supposed to be right in your eyesight when making sandwiches. Dude just threw a sandwich together and I'm too nice to say "What are you doing???" That's $17 I'll never get back. Ewww

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would choose it without hesitation. Our visit to Mt. Baker Middle School for a basketball tournament turned into a nightmare when we stopped at the gas station and Subway for a quick bite. Unfortunately, the Subway staff treated us terribly, refusing to serve us. When we went to the market for snacks instead, owned by the same company, we encountered another employee who blatantly disrespected and discriminated against us. They even threatened to take our photo and post it online if we didn't leave immediately. Feeling completely unwelcome and uncomfortable, we left the establishment traumatized by the encounter. I will never return to this place after such a dreadful experience, and I advise others to beware as well.

They denied do an order at 6:15 pm after I already pay so I get not food no money back ? They claimed that they closed at 7 and that cleaning would take them an hour so they didn't want to serve me an hour before closing.

The bathroom key was broken so no where to wash your hands. I did make a wise crack at the wait line and I don't know if they understood it. It's near Mount Baker Middle School where my son attended middle school. Subway was closed. It's near Cascadia Eye clinic. Tommy N Mans. How are you going to fix the COVID android notification alert system so the US can get alerts again for the EMS system? T-Mobile.

Ordered online 2 footlong subs. Picked up order and got home, opened them up and neither of them had meat on them. We tried calling the store but no one would answer the phone. We got back in the car to get the correct order. When we went up to the counter with what we got, it "felt" like they thoughtWE took off the meat and were trying to get another one for free?!? The guy asks us if we just want a refund and we say no, we want our food we are hungry and frustrated that we had to come back. They were made correctly this time but with an attitude to go with it and very sloppy. Will not go here again, will go out of my way to not have to deal with that.

EAZY BEAM

Okay ive been coming to this subway since i was goin to the school across from it. 12 plus years. In the past year I have came here 3 times and all 3 times were the worse service ive ever got at any subway from multiple employees. One time they were out or bread and pretty much every veggie. The employees seem to always have a bad attitiude. Moan and groan while making your food. Personaly id avoid this subway.

Shouldn't offer online ordering if it's not a priority to fulfill those orders. My order was placed over 25 minutes ago and was still helping people in line over my order that was past due. Wasted half my lunch waiting for an order that should have been ready and had to cancel. HORRIBLE customer service.

Worst experience ever. I'm an understanding person who works customer service. Ordered online. Got there twenty minutes late, order wasn't ready, I asked the young man about my order and unapologetically he said I haven't made it yet. he proceeded to help customers walking in the door prior to making my order. I then asked when my order will be made and he said he didn't know, because he will make other customers orders first if they walk in the door !! Wow! There was another gal there having a similar experience. It was shocking how rude he was. Won't be back.
