Positive experience here. Not much to say. Everything was as we expected from Taco bell, fast enough and served fine. Dining area was clean and bright with two ordering kiosks. A Fontaine drinks station let you refill while you dine in. Accessible parking and entrance as well as drive thru were available.

Edit January 2nd 2026 Just a heads up that this is not an autistic friendly work place, I have seen the boss yell at and send home workers for not making enough eye contact. Blatant autistic bullying especially since they made good eye contact.
I usually like coming here but sometimes they screwup horribly, like when they put the guacamole that's supposed to be in a california breakfast crunch wrap in my bacon breakfast crunch wrap or when they put steak in my husband's breakfast crunch wrap even though you can't order a breakfast crunch wrap with steak 🤔

I stopped by the Mount Vernon, WA Taco Bell yesterday afternoon and had a really solid experience. Ordered a couple of burritos (they were tasty and hit the spot) and a medium Dr Pepper. I took advantage of the 2–5 p.m. discount, which was nice, and also got 51% cash back (up to $10) through the Upside app—always love saving a few bucks. The staff was lively, kind, and super friendly. Service was quick and everything came out hot and fresh. What really stood out was the manager (or owner?) walking in with a box and personally handing out little gifts to every employee right in front of me—it was a really thoughtful touch and made the whole place feel warm and positive. Definitely a great quick stop. Solid food, great service, and a little holiday spirit. Will be back!

This is the best Taco Bell location! Probably eat here more than I should, they are so consistent. I order through the app every time, and pickup in drive thru. Modifications to food are correct every time and they service is great. Every employee seems happy to be there and is very kind.

It does not feel welcoming when I go there and the food is what you would expect from fast food the service leaves somthing to be desired the new self check out cause the staff not to pay a whole lot of attention to the counter

I used to pick this location over the Burlington one all of the time. It’s gone downhill. The last few times I’ve ordered from here via drive thru or uber all of the food has been freezing cold. Do you guys even cook your food? Food safety; make sure food is a safe temperature before handing it out to customers. They’re spending money to get hot food that’s edible. No one wants to microwave lettuce.

Came to this tacobell on a Wednesday night around midnight, and was given excellent customer service through the drive through by Maribel. Thank you so much for your kinda hospitality, you represent this location greatly! As for the food, as i said before we used the drive through and upon coming home all of the food ordered was there fresh and hot. Thank you for the continued excellent service to this community!
