Lobby was closed at 12pm like the last few times I’ve went. Rude staff, food is always a mess and wrong. The managers are ALWAYS standing around on their phones while the teenagers do everything. This place is a joke, save your money and go somewhere else.

You know what you're getting, it's taco bell :) Lots of cheap options, most stuff isn't healthy but there are healthier options. If you customize your order by specifying no lettuce, they always make sure not to add a handful of lettuce or whatever, but there's always a little lettuce mixed in with the ground beef anyway. I assume its just from stray lettuce falling into the beef container when adding lettuce to other orders, but it's always there. It's super cheap and delicious tho, so it's whatever. If you order stuff the way it comes, then it's always delicious and consistent. If you or your kids are picky eaters, I recommend ordering the chicken quesadilla, or 3 cheese chicken Flatbread off the value menu, as chicken almost never has lettuce and tomato stuck to it, and by default there are no veggies on it. Overall, great place to eat! Cheap, fast, and delicious.Parking: Always plenty of space, and lots of parking spots right by door.Kid-friendliness: More than enough high chairs and lots of plain menu options that kids love. Cheesy roll ups, beefy rice burritos, etc.

Not all Taco Bells are created equal, because this one is much better than most I’ve been to. The food is well constructed, they do NOT skimp out in ingredients, and while the workers there moved with urgency they didn’t seem stressed, which means they’re trained and treated well. If every Taco Bell was like this one, I don’t think I’d even consider other fast food places.

Listen listen everyone has their off days but this Taco Bell consistently is superb. Very employee especially the fellas working the drive have the best costumer service out there. The manager as well today the 23rd during lunch really helped out in making right an order when it was late coming in and I wasn’t able to grab it in time. I came in later and he redid the order which is like unheard of. The inside is super nice and clean after the remodeling. They’ve got some solid staff that has been there awhile. Orders haven’t ever been wrong for the past while. Place is great!

This place is so bad their management ducks and they don't honor the apps rewards or even listen to customers! Because they would not accept my online order and were rude to me they no longer get my business. I am currently in McDonald's drive thru F-OFF TACO BELL!
I did not like ordering from a kiosk when a lot of the foods you are eating is using your hands. Nothing like spreading the germs. I ordered crunchy beef tacos and they are the worst I’ve ever had. The seating area inside of Taco Bell had also been changed to the worst. You need to bring back the Taco Bell that existed before these changes. Mount Vernon Taco Bell

The gentleman at the drive thru was so funny and kind and made our entire week today. At the drive thru at 5pm him and my brother were being fun and ordered in a wholesome funny way. These two just had great spirits and this man I don't know his name but he has long dark brown hair and glasses and was just the best up beat fun and rewarding spirit to come across. Thank you for hiring him.
