The tacos were honestly perfect. I had the barbacoa & the asada. The barbacoa was so juicy. I could taste every spice. Very authentic flavor. The meat is good quality. The staff was kind. They have a shed with indoor seating, TV & a bathroom if u don't want to sit outside. I appreciate them being open earlier than everyone else. If I pass through this area I would definitely come back.
Tried quite a few taco trucks in the Skagit Valley. Tacos Guadalajara was the best by far. If you’re in the valley give them try. Great staff, friendly and professional. They’ve been here for 30 years.
