We ordered spicy eggplant and veggies with peanut sauce. Food was good but they charged us $6 more than the menu stated when we specified vegan and didn't inform us of the up-charge.
They said the vegan peanut sauce was different from the original version, therefore cost more. 🤬
Wait staff was slow... couldn't refill our water glasses.

The tofu larb salad is outstanding. It's not often that we find a vegan version of this dish so we were pretty happy. The rest of the food was good. Nice strong flavors.
Service was fine and what person was able to explain what was vegan or could be with ease.

We had a good dining experience at Thai House in Mt. Vernon. The food was absolutely delicious, and we want to give huge compliments to the chef for the flavorful dishes. We ordered Tom kha, pad kee mao with tofu, chicken satay, basil fried rice vegetarian. Do ask for their spicy sauce if you wanna go up a notch. Everything was served quick. Everything tasted fresh, and the presentation was lovely. The portions were good for the price. Clean space to eat for sure.
