Very nice experience here. Easy too book a reservation online and there is street parking right in front. The prices are good and a ton of tea to choose from. They have soups, sandwiches, high tea experience, and lots of sweets. Highly recommend this place.

This place is the cutest, and the tea is excellent! I got Washington Apple (green tea), which tasted like a savory apple pie. I liked my soup and I really enjoyed the scone, which came with cream and a lemon curd sauce. The mini desserts and sandwiches were adorable and I could tell that for the price of my meal, there was a lot of effort. I would definitely come back!

Heard about the tea house from SUOL Farm shop. Darling place, pots of hot tea, little tea sandwiches, great service. Hidden gem on Fairhaven.

My elderly mother and I enjoyed our time at My Cup of Tea. We were seated away from the main room in a quiet corner and could focus on each other. The food was delicious, the tea fragrant and hot, and overall a lovely experience.

I got a full afternoon tea that was gluten free and vegan! I’m shocked and extremely grateful. Everything was lovely: the tea was lovely in the cute teapots; the food was lovely; the server was lovely. Loved it!Vegetarian options: Full vegan meal optionDietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten-free full afternoon tea mealKid-friendliness: They have a smaller afternoon tea ensemble for kids!

My first visit to My Cup of Tea was memorable!!! The pleasant ambiance of the tea house was in keeping with an early 20th century Americanized version of a tea house set in a small English village. The Cheddar Cauliflower Soup just may be the best soup I have ever eaten!!!! But - and this is rather a large "But." While the American sandwiches listed on the menu are of normal size and very tasty, the portions of the food served with the teas were also tasty, but miniscule compared to the pictures shown on the restaurant's website. For example, the four mini sandwiches served with my tea might add up to a half of a regular sized piece of bread, while a piece of quiche requested by one of our guests was only slightly bigger that a U.S. postage stamp. The fresh fruit mentioned on the menu consisted of a small handful of grapes and two small half-slices of orange. The scones were more the size of small biscuits, but the taste was melt-in-your-mouth perfection. For all these reasons, I consider the overall prices a little dear. I hope my critique will be taken seriously and in the manner in which it is written. My Cup of Tea has the positive potential of developing into a very popular tea house in an area certainly lacking in them. One big advantage the restaurant has is the warm and friendly owner and her daughters who add much to the ambiance of the tea house.

My Cup of Tea is located in a cute little house in north Burlington - sit in the west side/sunnier part of the house next to the window. The service has been nice and the scones, lemon curd & Devonshire cream...delish! We had the baked potato soup on our last visit and it was wonderful and filling. My friend and I enjoy meeting up at My Cup of Tea - it's conveniently located and the food is presented well and of good quality. We feel fortunate to be able to have afternoon tea in Skagit County!

We celebrated a 13 year old grandchild's birthday over the Christmas break. It was delightful and even with 8 people the service was excellent! Thank you to the chef and servers. Love My Cup of Tea.

I wanted to treat my office staff to something special for Christmas. I love traditional english tea services and I thought this would be perfect. It was! The tea sandwiches, scones and desserts were excellent. My three ladies had never experienced tea time and thoroughly enjoyed it. If you enjoy a traditional tea service you will like this one.

Loved this little tea house!!! We have a vanilla tea and it was like heaven. I’ve craved it ever sense. Would love if they see this and tell me where I can buy their teas so I can ship them to my state! We also had tea in the tulip fields while we were there, and based of the style of the food, I’d be willing to bet it was there’s. We had a different tea, I think hibiscus, it was also good, but the vanilla was by far my favorite!!!
