During the 2025 National Guard Flood response my Company had a traffic control point next to The Rex Bistro. This business provided my Soldiers with delicious food and drinks for the entire time my Soldiers were running 24 hour OPS. Would give a million stars if possible, the owner is the sweetest person I’ve ever met and has been taking care of all of us service members set up here at the road closure, bringing us coffee and food completely free and giving us chairs to sit and rest while on duty.

This place is wonderful and the pastries are phenomenal. Wonderful decorating too. Love the ambiance inside and out. My husband who is a pie connoisseur said the apple pie is the best! Excellent customer service. I live in Snohomish but anytime I make it up to the Skagit Valley I'm stopping here.

Everything about this place is amazing! The dog park area is well maintained. The seating is great for both indoor and outdoor. Outdoor has heating/fireplaces. The food is INCREDIBLE. Anything you get to eat here will likely be the best you have ever had. Highly recommend the Italian Sandwich with Broccoli Cheddar soup. The Avocado Toast is HUGE and Delicious! Add the bacon, it’s prosciutto. The desserts are some of the best you will eat. Lemon blueberry cheesecake bars, salted caramel brownies, gelato, ice cream, pies, cookies, and more. They also serve breakfast items, beer and wine and incredible coffee and other beverages. MUST VISIT!!!
We were looking for a place to have a bite to it and Rex Bistro popped up. The services and food were excellent. We had the avocado toast which was larger than expected and loaded with flavor, also the caramel apple strudel muffin was crazy delicious as was the coffee. Thanks!!
