Very disappointed in the quality of the food. Ordered the triple box advertised on TV. Did not come in the same box as on commercial, the pizza's were very unflavored, the cheese sticks were burn the only thing that was excellent was the cinnamon rolls Done right. Cost me $46.00 from pizza hut Mount Vernon, Wa 98273

I ordered 2 large pizzas. After calling 3 times over 2 and half hours...they finally had to return my money. Delivered to someone else! Never ordering again !

Bad. I order over the phone and when I went there to pick up my order I get told. They don’t have it and I must of called dominoes. I check twice I called Pizza Hut.

really guys? skimming door dasher tips? door dash drivers dont get paid hourly and pay more taxes than you as a W9 worker. how entitled do you have to be? you get benefits and a full time schedule, even guaranteed pay and you still think your entitled to tips intended for drivers?petty theft in my eyes. will be contacting the manager everytime this happens.to fellow customers: text or ask your driver how much of the tip they got, call the store when you see this petty theft happening.

I did pickup here the other day, I was surprised, the pizza was not bad.... It was ready on time, and was made as ordered. They have some great coupons in my area, and I may just take them up on the deals... They have a jumbo parking lot, so it is easy to get in and out of... I will definitely go back to them

Lame. Went in person to order but the online info for a 7.99 3-topping pizza not available anymore. Asked for comparable, cashier offered two medium pizzas for $20. How is that comparable? I'm a single eater! There was a $10 3-topping pizza but could only order online the cashier said. Began the process...not available at that location. Oh well. Let's see what the others have to offer then. (I wonder what excuse they would have if it weren't allegedly "due to COVID"? Due to inept management (corporate, not local) would probably never occur to them.)

We order from Pizza Hut when we want delivery and they have been consistently good. Pizza is made and delivered fast. Everything seems to be made with care and delivered warm. Thanks to the Pizza Hut team!

The staff at this location was having a very rough night, as the power kept cutting off and messing with the ordering system. They managed to maintain great customer service, even with the high level of frustration. I received my food, with only a slight wait, and it was great!
