As merciful as it is cruel, the flavor is delivered to you with equal parts pain. Upon first bite of the backfire burger, I glimpsed the infinite. Although the flavor was tempered with a bittersweet sadness as I knew I would only have the chance to experience this for the first time but once.

Wing dome is a sacred place where us mortals can truly experience greatness if but for a fleeting moment.

And this is just an anecdote to explain how crispy, delicious and well made this friend chicken is. Order it in advance, get the garlic rice and collards and finish off with a mochi cake. The wings were good sized and the strips were tender and juicy. The pickle chips were a large portion and perfectly tangy and salty. All the sauces and rubs were flavorful.“

We had the honey rice cakes, chicken strips and regular fried chicken, all were very good. Portions were also good. “terrible customer service, centralized dispatch service, online ordering & delivery service... had a problem ordering online. I called. was taken to their centralized dispatcher who took my order over the phone. they confirmed the online ordering system malfunction & said they needed to transfer me to the store direct line for payment processing... 50 mins on hold, no one answered (also no way to return to dispatcher using key pad). I hung up and called back. they retook my order and placed me on hold while they "did the math" so I could pay. 20 mins later, they get back on the line and retake my order a 3rd time. they then allow me to pay and claim our location is out if bread sticks as therefore were not answering the phones & that is why the online ordering is disabled. We receive our order 40 mins later with a ring on our door. I open the door and there is no person but pizzas sat on our bench. I had planned to make sure the order was correct & tip our driver but couldn't do either. of course, the order was wrong... one pizza was too small, while the other was wrong all together. they also left no receipt (& since I ordered verbally I got no emailed receipt). I called the dispatcher again. they say I can only file complaints via email. I asked what do I do about the fact that I don't have enough food or the right food to feed my family after all of this? he said eat what you have and I'll transfer you to the store's direct line (knowing they didn't answer the last time). Again on hold... (48mins) I've hung up because surprise surprise, NO ONE ANSWERS. I sent a FB message to them also, nothing.... I have my order confirmation number and a photo of my pizzas. I'll be chatting with you all in person tomorrow. 🤬“

When asked for more forks, the staff gave a low end, pre-packaged sysco f.k.s. napkin combo, which are flimsy. It could barely handle scooping baked beans without bending.

Though, the prices are a bit steep compared to other pizza places. Two medium pizzas and one soda with tax and tip is $80. I think charging $1.50 for every topping is probably the crux of the issue, with just 4 toppings, you're already +$6 per pizza.

“The person at the Front was nice and courteous unlike places where they just ask your name when picking up , throw the bag in your face and look at the next person. The wings were cooked and sauced great. First time Pizza Hut wings did not disappoint. I loved it. Crispy and saucy just the way I like it.“

“I’ve been enjoying the tea options here for a while but I am inspired to post this review right now specifically because of the character of the staff that I got to witness today:
There was an older person who had fallen outside of the store, and multiple employees on shift were among the people who rushed to help. The employees provided lots of first aid material (including a very helpful gauze wrap for a very bloody wound) and provided helping hands to clean up and aid the person. They brought water for cleaning, and later provided ice in a bag. They did all of this urgently and without much prompting - just a real class display of community right there. During a fairly busy hour of customers, these employees saw what was important and stepped up to care for someone in need. And then they jumped right back into their job, managing what I can only imagine was a backlog of orders. Keep up the hard work. Major shoutout to those on shift this Sunday afternoon.“

“Placed an order online, that they got done super quickly (~5 mins). However, when I got home I noticed they made a small mistake switching up a topping. I was about to call, but before I got a chance Conner reached out letting me know about the mix-up and taking accountability. He went above and beyond to make it right. Turned what could have been a hassle to a genuinely nice experience. Everyone makes mistakes, but being proactive in fixing them and learning from them is something very rare. “I order Tuesday specials which it 8pc chicken strips , pick up and i went home the satrips getting small and small ( i usually order from this location only) and and they frequently make a mistake about the order
Last time instead crispy the give me regular and this time supposed to 8 strips they give me only 7 strips
Is not worth for me to come back because i live 6 mile away but how can be a food worker make a lot of mistake without store manager know about it“

“I called on Halloween night to inquire about a Jack O Lantern pizza my grandkid wanted. Pizza Hut didn't have that offer it was Papa Murphys however Kana offered to personally make a Jack O Lantern pizza for my grand kid. It was very sweet of him to go out of his way for us on a very busy night.“

“I have never ordered Papa John's to be delivered to my home. However, they have delivered 3 times to my workplace the last 2 or so weeks. This is a huge order for them, and they have to work hard to make this happen. The pizza is always fresh, still quite warm, and gets cleared out in less than a hour. Not bad at all and if I lived around this Papa John's, I would choose it for my home delivery as well.“
