I appreciate the simplicity of this unassuming location and the fantastic donuts they make. Try the blueberry fritter as it's their specialty. The usual favorites (raised, cake, old fashioned, cruellers, filled) are top notch, I always go for the raised glazed and it's perfect.
The Donuts are AMAZING!! I'm not a fan of how early they close & the place itself is nothing special that being said the Donuts are what we go for and what will continue to bring us back, even if it is out of the way & not convenient for or schedules. The premium, big, Donuts are so darn good! They are double fried which leaves them almost crispy but in a soft donut way. It's hard to describe just get them, you'll see!
It is so rare to find a donut shop that has good flavors after 9am on a weekend. But Countryside really does and all of their flavors are delicious. Highly recommend passing other donut shops to come here.
