Looking forward to returning to Diamond Knot several times while I am working in the area. My boss and I went there for lunch - he was really happy with his burger and I got a chopped beef sandwich...I was worried the cheese would be overwhelming, it wasn't at all! The bun was soft and it was tasty. The taste tots we excellent... Light and crispy, not oily. My boss, who doesn't usually like fries or tots are all his fries and n many of my tots!

I really like the food and have been there quite a few times. The service is very good and it is nice to have this place in my neighborhood. The only issue is - it is really loud even when there aren't many people in the restaurant. Noise carries and there is no escape. This goes for the bar as well as the restaurant. If you don't mind a very loud environment, it is really a great place to visit and they have a good menu with a wide variety of food.

If you've ever had a family member or friend who loved to cook for others and host casual dinners because they loved to share enjoyment, that's what the MLT Diamond Knot Brew Pub reminds me of. I'm a bit of a picky eater, but I found that there were many things that I knew I liked, but that I liked even more because of how they tasted like a meal cooked with their Guest in mind.
