Pho Trans is under new ownership, and I couldn't be more impressed! The pho here is absolutely fantastic. The broth is rich and flavorful, with just the right balance of spices. You can tell they put a lot of care into it. The herbs are also fresh and crisp.
The service is also top-notch. The staff is friendly, attentive, and quick to make sure you have everything you need.
Oh, and the Vietnamese coffee? It's fresh brewed and so smooth, definitely a must-try if you're a fan of Ca Phe Sua Da.
The new owners are super sweet and you can tell they're passionate about what they do. Pho Trans has become my go-to spot for pho, and I highly recommend checking it out. If you've previously been here under the old ownership, I implore you to check the spot out again--it's so much better.

Not sure why this place isn’t 4+ stars… been here 3 times in the last 6 months and it’s your basic Ma and Pa type of yummies. Broth was delicious and the meat was meat. The fish balls were also very good!
It’s just a nice basic pho nothing crazy fancy but yummy!

Found a new restaurant in Mountlake terrace neighborhood, great comfort food, soup is fresh and sandwich are filled. Definitely coming to try more.

i don’t know anything about the previous management but i think this place now is phenomenal. they need more positive reviews! so im adding one :) very friendly service, they give you iced tea in fancy glasses (unlike other pho places) the noodles are warm in their fresh rolls so you know they’re *fresh* also, homemade chili sauce!extra napkins at the table, and as an added bonus their tablecloths are so beautiful. just one thing: the pho, although quite delicious, doesnt come with white onion but they will put it in there if you ask!

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for the last few years, the pho has always been delicious. Recently they have switched ownership. The new staff were very courteous , the pho was just as delicious. I was sad to see a few menu items change but I’ll get over it !

I went here on 9/21/24 with my family because I heard they were having a soft opening for the new management that took over, and I safe to say this place is great now! The pho was fresh tasting, not too salty or too oily but just right! The service was good and pretty quick. My Thai Tea was delicious. I would recommend this place if you’re in the area, a nice little place to visit if you’re ever craving some pho!

This restaurant is recently under new management and the food was excellent and great value. The Pho was perfectly flavorful with authentic pho taste and smell. Lot of Pho places I have been to tasted very blend and not as fresh. The fried banana with coconut sauce was bursting with flavor. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with the lack of meat and vegetables on the sandwich. The steamed rice spicy lemongrass, chicken & onion was delicious.

Food is damn good. Got the spicy pork, lemongrass and onion rice and pork and veggie sandwich. The reason for the three stars is very disappointed with the lack of meat and even veggies on the sandwich very sad.
