I was so excited to try this place! The barista was really sweet. But then I ordered an iced vanilla latte and it was the absolute worst coffee I've ever had. Normally if it's a little burnt I can handle it, it sucks but I'm not going to waste both of our time. This was so bad! I asked her if it was possible to remake it and she remade it tasting the exact same. I felt really bad and I told her that it was really really burnt tasting and she kind of gave a little bit of attitude and said this is how she was trained. I asked her if I could just have a refund and she said they don't do that. I was kind of annoyed and asked what can they do? Because I had just spent $8 or $9 with tip on a coffee that I was absolutely not going to be able to drink. She gave me a free stamp card for another coffee but I'm nervous to try them again. I prefer to support small coffee shops but gourmet is across the street and hasn't ever burnt my coffee. With these prices, your coffee should not taste disgusting.

Ordered a DayBreak and got this. Looks nothing like the picture and when asked if this was correct, we were told yes. I’m worried my decaf might not be decaf with all the commotion that was going on so to be safe I wont be drinking my coffee.

I've been going to Black Dove 🕊 🖤 for about a year now and the service and quality of the coffee is superb. Kylie and Angie are incredible Baristas with a great attitude everytime I come by. Definitely check this place out if you're looking for great coffee and amazing service! 🙏🏾💜😇☕️

Hands down one of the best coffee shops in Mukilteo. The drinks were absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. While we were working on site, they generously shared drinks with us, which really says a lot about the people who run this place.
Great coffee, great service, and a genuinely warm atmosphere. This is the kind of local spot you want to support and keep coming back to.

This was my first time at Blackdove, and I wish I had come sooner! I visited close to closing time, yet Kendyl was super friendly and engaging. She also made my drink perfectly and absolutely delivered :) I would recommend this coffee stand to anyone.

We stopped by the stand before getting on the ferry and hit up the truck at Snohomish Farmer's market. Very friendly staff/service. Very good lotus drinks. I love the sour belt lotus. Fun specialty drinks as well.

I decided to deviate from my normal coffee place this morning and stopped at BlackDove. I ordered a 20 oz decaf honey vanilla latte. The barista asked if I wanted it hot or iced and I replied hot. She made the latte, surprisingly fast, and then off I went towards my office. About 5 mins away from the stand, I took a sip. And the latte was completely cold. Not lukewarm, not iced, but cold. It was in a hot cup with no ice, so there clearly wasn't a miscommunication. The latte was just simply not warmed up at all for some bizarre reason. Now just a few minutes from my office, I had to change course and go head to my normal coffee place to replace this cold latte with a hot one. This threw a total wrinkle into my morning and I ended up spending 2x as much on my normal coffee. Unfortunately this experience makes me disinclined to come back to this location.
