This is easily in my top 3 best places to get pizza in the state.Now that they've added some new recipes it's even better. The pizza is nothing short of spectacular for it's style or even as pizza in general. Since Frankie's in Redmond closed, as well as Pegasus on Alki, this is pretty much our go-to place for "good" pizza, not "just" pizza.
Great pizza, especially for the area:With real Italian food culture leanings, I am admittedly a pizza snob. I make my own wood fired pizza every month. Brooklyn Bros is probably as good as you can get without the wood fire. Crust is crisp and toppings are quality. Pizza varieties are great (Sicilian and NY style).
