Sushi rice was on the sticky end but worked for me. The look of the spicy tuna roll reminded me of Korean kimbap but the flavor was on spot, according to my husband.“

“Located in a slightly sketchy-looking strip mall at the intersection of Mukilteo Speedway and 84th Street SW, Rainbow Wok and Teriyaki is a family-owned eatery specializing in both Japanese-style teriyaki offerings and Chinese dishes. I first stopped here for dinner when I was on a business trip in the area during January 2023, and returned in March 2023. On my first visit I ordered a Japanese/Chinese combination, chicken teriyaki with General Tso’s Chicken. I was impressed enough to come back a couple months later, when I went for chicken chow mein plus a side salad with very tasty dressing. In both cases, the food was well-prepared and flavorful. The dining room and service counter were clean and tidy. The service was friendly and efficient, the prices (while not cheap) were fair for these inflationary times, and the food portions were generous. I enjoyed both my meals at Rainbow Wok and Teriyaki, and would not hesitate to return should my business bring me back to Mukilteo.“

“I got the lamb and beef Saj Shwarma wrap with hot sauce. I was in and out in 10 minutes at lunchtime. I've worked near there for two years and regret this was my first time going in -- otherwise I'd have been there for lunch more than I should. It's a very clean place, good lighting, a bit drab. I recommend it.“

“Kings teriyaki is AMAZING, from quality of food, taste, to management, they do not disappoint. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate multiple large orders on short notice and I have been pleased every time!

“Had a pretty solid experience at Mukilteo. I ordered the Green curry for dinner and the black sticky rice for dessert. Both dishes were well executed. Table service was adequate, nothing special or noteworthy. Heads up, if you order curry they'll charge you for rice to go with it. This is a little unusual, most Thai places the rice is included. Other than that it was a good experience.

Kid-friendliness: Nothing specifically meant for children, but the owner has little children who are moving about the restaurant and making noise. So they're clearly comfortable with children“

“Basic Chinese food, some dishes tasted great others were a little bland. Was a Friday night and they were slammed as lots of folks were waiting for orders.Seems faster if you only order a couple of dishes. I ordered 4 C meals for the family, was stated @ 6:15pm for pickup, did not get my food till 6:45pm.Would recommend order early or not go on Friday/weekend.

Parking: Lot.is free and small, another blank lot behind the place, bit not sure if you can park there.“

“This is New Yorker approved pizza! I knew it would be a winner immediately after walking in—the display case of pie, the hometown smell, and the Polly-o mozzarella. This is the closest thing to NY pie without getting on the plane. I only stop by when going to Whidbey ferry, but hell it may be worth the trip from Redmond. Well done! My only feedback is the sauce may be a pinch too sweet, but that’s being picky.“

“This is my second time that I have been here, unique burger joint. I believe the owners work in the kitchen/register although I haven't asked, very nice people. There are a few seats at the counter you can still dine in at once you pick up your order, and the main dining is closed off maybe due to all the coke memorabilia.Back to the food, it was as delicious as it was last time. I had the Deluxe Burger without onions (cheese, special sauce, tomatoes and pickles), absolutely delicious sauce and burger even though normally I prefer a bit thicker of a patty. I remember the fries last time were amazing, however, this time I didn't get them, nice crunch. I would recommend to anyone to stop here for a burger, chicken patty, fry or shake, you won't regret it!“

“The teriyaki chicken is very tasty but be careful with the dark burns that mostly come with barbecue food.The waiting time is usually long since they say that they only have a single stove plate for barbecue. Might be best to order in advance than to go and wait as waiting time for 2 items can take about 25-30 minutes.“

“Used to see Blake at the MLT location & was so happy to see him in MUK tonight. His hair is considerably longer now, but one thing never changes - always great service, wonderful drink recommendations & an all around fun time! Thank you! Looking forward to next time!“
