Never been before. Simple questions came w very complicated answers. Asked if I can add mushrooms to any order: was told only certain orders had mushrooms. Asked again: if I can add mushrooms. Another person told me same answer. Sternly. Asked if I can add mushrooms to a sandwich order, got a 4 sentence reply. Ordered num 17 Asked they add mushrooms. Got lectured on how I am supposed to order.You need to post that menu items posted cannot be changed. I was not impressed or happy. Too bad because the food was great. I cannot see myself returning.

I removed my review, because I noticed it had over 500 views. I started to feel bad, because I didn't want to leave up a negative review on an establishment where it's out of the owners hands regarding the negligent hired help.I appreciate the owner, Steve, for leaving a message on here to contact me. I know it's not your fault Steve. I'm sure the kid was new. Sadly, I've noticed many young adults these days not having very good work ethic, or customer service skills. I actually think it would benefit young adults entering into the customer service workforce to be required to take a course on how to do a job well in customer service. Sadly though, these days it's just a matter of young adults wanting the easy life without having to actually work for it. We can thank our young YouTubers for that. Maybe even add a well known family or two. ;-)I will still go to Jersey Mike's in Mukilteo. I prefer JM over the others anyway.

Great employee attitude!It would be nice to see a signboard showing all the sandwich toppings, and I'd go for anything but bags of chips, such as macaroni salad or potato salad.I will continue to order from this place.

I've been coming to this location for a decade and the food is always good but of recent you can see the shrinkflation changes they've made.
Had the Chiken Bacon cheese hot sandwich and loved it. Was so good I will be back. Service was great, everyone very polite.Vegetarian options: Everything has meat, you can remove it and go only veggie.Dietary restrictions: They are more than happy to try to meet your needs.Parking: Big lot for this strip mall sandwich shopKid-friendliness: Kids should have no problem finding something to eat.Wheelchair accessibility: Right in front, easy access.

Was recording at a nearby studio in the Mukilteo area and came to this Jersey Mike's location to grab some sandwiches. After coming here three days in a row, the customer service was phenomenal friendly and extremely polite.The inside of the store was very clean. Every day it was swept garbage were empty, and the bathrooms were clean. This crew takes good care of this store, and it shows. Now the best part is the number nine Club sandwich. I tried it Mike's way and it was so good filling and the taste was very fresh. I think that is also why we also came back here three days in a row.they also have a great variety of soft drinks. I forgot the name of the cream soda and root beer they had on fountain, but it was absolutely delicious. I joined the Mike's Club to get points, and I will be definitely hitting up other Jersey Mike's locations soon, but Mukilteo you guys rock

I just want to start this off by saying every other experience I've had at this jersey mikes has been great! The employees, food, and wait time is always top notch. However, when going in today to pick up a sandwich there was a very toxic atmosphere in the restaurant. All the employees were what appeared to be older teenage girls dealing with an elderly male manager who spoke to my boyfriend who placed the order with the same disrespect he spoke to his assumed employee's with. He wasn't wearing a name tag that was visible so we don't even know if he was the manager. Everytime an employee made a mistake he very hastily explained how to do the task and followed it up with a very snarky "do you understand?". My boyfriend had a coupon for a free drink, the coupon didn't specify that it was only for a fountain drink so he proceeded to grab a canned drink out of the fridge. The fountain drink and the canned drink were the same 2.99 price. When my boyfriend grabbed the drink the assumed manager very snarkily let him know that the coupon was only for fountain drinks and followed that up with what seems to be his catch phrase,"Do you understand?". He seemed rushed and annoyed despite the fact that he had only one customer in his resturaunt at 3 pm. If this man is in a leadership position, you should remove him from it before you lose customers and employee's because of him.
