Amazing customer service! I accidentally forgot to change the pickup location for my order and the owner Steve called the other location to let them know they would make my order at this location instead. Saved me a trip for my mistake. Very grateful!
Their hot sandwiches are great! The steak cheese mushroom and onion cheesesteaks are fantastic. The tuna is also really good. One of the best sandwich spots. They also have great prices, way more reasonable than a couple other sandwich shops.
As a celiac who never, ever gets to eat out because no one really understands food safety for me, I was really excited to try out Jersey Mike's because I saw on their FB page that they have gluten free bread and protocols for avoiding cross contamination. I was especially excited to hear there was a separate prep station for gluten free food. I thought I'd finally found a place my family and I could safely eat out together.
