It doesn’t give me any pleasure to leave bad reviews. I wish I could leave positive praise everywhere, and for the most part I won’t leave a negative review unless it’s really really bad, and normally I’ve had a negative experience more than once.
I’m conflicted with this Taco Bell. We’ve had good experiences, and awful ones. We actually don’t visit this location for six years because I was so angry with the way we were treated the last time we were there. We had picked up our food, they only gave us five items when we had 11, and the manager accused us of stealing the food and lying to get more! We are business people in our 40’s, and drive a nice vehicle. But we were thieves? Wow. We left the bag with the manager and had to do a chargeback because he refused to give us the food we paid for.
We definitely have had to check our food at the window as a result, and they get it right about half the time. The other half they forget some of our food. This particular location doesn’t always carry the same food as the other locations, and the app experience to order ahead of time is very different. At the other locations you can now swap sauces that come on your burrito. If you don’t like the jalapeño sauce you can swap it for something like avocado ranch. Here, you have to enter no jalapeño sauce, and then pay 60¢ more to put avocado ranch on it instead!
We fairly recently returned to this location because things can change drastically over six years. But not this location apparently. Still shorting us food but charging full price.
I wish that the staff would only serve food that they would be cool with paying for and eating themselves. The new chicken nuggets, although delicious, were tiny 1/2” pieces that looked like the bottom of the bag. For $7 I expected to get more than some tiny scraps. These pieces were a half an inch! Tiny! The burritos and tacos are much smaller than the other locations. Last time we ordered some bean and cheese burritos and a beefy five layer, and they were so small they looked like mini versions.
The last visit was enough to where we won’t be back at this location. We spent over $40 on food for the two of us, knowing we’d have a few leftovers. All the food was so ridiculously mini sized that we had nothing left. A regular priced burrito shouldn’t be 3 bites. A steak chalupa supreme should have more than 4 small pieces of meat in it. With cheese and lettuce, it only filled the shell halfway up. And the chalupa shell was soft and fluffy and cold! Too lazy to fry it!! My husband got three crispy beef tacos, they were so empty the shell was closed flat upon itself.
We couldn’t even get a full sized drink. My Baja blast came filled a smidge over halfway full!! How rude! My husband asked why they only filled it halfway and their sorry excuse was that it shrinks after it’s filled? They refused to fill it up full! They are lucky I wasn’t there because I won’t put up with that.
I’m not sure if it’s the franchise owner telling the staff to charge full price but screw over the customers with less than half the product, or if they have incompetent employees. But they need to fix this immediately. Customers rely on consistency! I get it that it’s very hard to stay afloat right now with the costs of food and labor. But shorting your customers is not the solution.
Witnessed the staff being super rude to an elderly woman who came in. Granted, she was kinda stressed out in her tone too, but she asked for help ordering because she didn’t know how to use the kiosk to order. Ten minutes came and went and they did not help her order. So I asked her if I could help her and I did. They did not bring her order out (ONE soft taco and a drink cup) for another 10-15 minutes. Then, another woman came up to the front to order instead of using the kiosk and they helped her right away got her food super quickly and greeted her with a very kind interaction. It was honestly so weird to witness. Definitely dropped the ball with how they were treating that elderly woman.
Man, this guy could have totally spit in my food with how difficult I had to make things. But he didn't, and he really pulled though. With a smile on his face and everything I don't remember his name and I can't find the receipt but he deserves a raise 😅
The food tasted burnt. Mostly onions in the bean burrito, yuck, no sauce on it either. So disappointed in the food
Normally this taco bell is great. The staff is way nicer then any other fast food in the area... except one guy that works there. Usually he works later at night. He is argumentative, seems to go out of his way to over charge me, and my food is usually wrong when hes working. I'm always disappointed when I hear his voice come over the speaker and contemplate not ordering. It's a bummer because everyone else there is so awesome.
Almost 4$ for a tiny “bean” burrito. What a joke.

Ryan in drive through is awesome!!
Walked into a company meeting happening at the front door, clearly blocking the order stations, which is the only way you can order apparently. Kids running wild and everyone can hear what they are discussing, which should be behind closed doors from customers. Not impressed at all. Figure it out, on where to handle your business!!

Whoever is/was working on Monday October 7th around 9:25a should probably find a new job because they are obviously not happy. We got there and did not see the breakfast menu. At the ordering window we ask if they are serving breakfast and got a short rude no. And I don’t need a long-winded explanation as to why they’re not serving breakfast I get it but when we try asking questions about other things on the menu, we get just short rude answers with attitude. I get that you don’t wanna work at a fast food restaurant at 9:30 on a Monday morning, but have a little bit of patience when we are expecting to get breakfast and had to change our order on the fly. We’ve always had great experience here but not today. Chulupas were stale. Taco shells were stale. Tasted like they used yesterday’s leftovers. I get that it’s fast food and to not have high expectations.

Manager Ana was extremely rude. I asked if the drink size was correct and she slammed drive thru window. I waited and another staff member came and said in fact it was not right. She came and rudely explained that it was what i ordered. I said ok and left. Went home and called because it's not that hard to be kind. When she answered he's was immediately rude. I asked why she was so angry about a simple question she yelled that I was wrong and hung up.....do better. It's sad that people have to be so nasty. I was very nice and only asked a question I will never return.
