If I want a crunchwrap with regular meat and no tomatoes, and you hate me for making a custom order, can yall just make it regular instead of giving me a crunchwrap with no meat and extra tomatoes??? Why do you have a grudge against me enough to give me the Tomatowrap Supreme??? This place is fine but don't customize your mobile order

Update your Google if your closed even for a day. Wasted my time driving out here.
Could also update the TACO BELL APP. you know, the company you work for? To say you're closed
Quality is hit and miss. Every time I order a crunchwrap supreme here, it barely has anything in it, and all the ingredients are to one side or in the middle.

Visited the drive through and had a very good experience. They took my order, confirmed my order, offered additional sauces and asked if I would like any things else. The price for the area is very competitive and well worth the money spent. Only a couple minutes from order placement to receiving my order. Food was hot, delicious, and service was excellent. I’d recommend this Taco Bell when you are in the area.

Im tired of Taco Bell ripping me off. If you pay for upgrades like a supreme taco, they give you the base item. This location does it every single time. I firmly believe the owner is PURPOSEFULLY ripping off customers. Taco Bell used to be a cheap place for tacos, but now they're pricing rivals a sitdown restaurant. And the franchise owner has a really nice house. He was able to afford that because he's ripping off customers. It's wrong.

None of the phone numbers I found for this restaurant work. They always forget the avocado ranch. Forgetting whole items they charge someone for means they don’t double check orders before sending them out.

Can't complain, went here for lunch today around 1015am . No line, quick to take my order, friendly enough and fast. Food was bomb. I can't even hate.I ordered The new limited time street chalupa X2 deal and it was so good! I got the steak version and ordered a 3 taco meal as well, all came in at about $17. Solid 👍

It doesn’t give me any pleasure to leave bad reviews. I wish I could leave positive praise everywhere, and for the most part I won’t leave a negative review unless it’s really really bad, and normally I’ve had a negative experience more than once.
I’m conflicted with this Taco Bell. We’ve had good experiences, and awful ones. We actually don’t visit this location for six years because I was so angry with the way we were treated the last time we were there. We had picked up our food, they only gave us five items when we had 11, and the manager accused us of stealing the food and lying to get more! We are business people in our 40’s, and drive a nice vehicle. But we were thieves? Wow. We left the bag with the manager and had to do a chargeback because he refused to give us the food we paid for.
We definitely have had to check our food at the window as a result, and they get it right about half the time. The other half they forget some of our food. This particular location doesn’t always carry the same food as the other locations, and the app experience to order ahead of time is very different. At the other locations you can now swap sauces that come on your burrito. If you don’t like the jalapeño sauce you can swap it for something like avocado ranch. Here, you have to enter no jalapeño sauce, and then pay 60¢ more to put avocado ranch on it instead!
We fairly recently returned to this location because things can change drastically over six years. But not this location apparently. Still shorting us food but charging full price.
I wish that the staff would only serve food that they would be cool with paying for and eating themselves. The new chicken nuggets, although delicious, were tiny 1/2” pieces that looked like the bottom of the bag. For $7 I expected to get more than some tiny scraps. These pieces were a half an inch! Tiny! The burritos and tacos are much smaller than the other locations. Last time we ordered some bean and cheese burritos and a beefy five layer, and they were so small they looked like mini versions.
The last visit was enough to where we won’t be back at this location. We spent over $40 on food for the two of us, knowing we’d have a few leftovers. All the food was so ridiculously mini sized that we had nothing left. A regular priced burrito shouldn’t be 3 bites. A steak chalupa supreme should have more than 4 small pieces of meat in it. With cheese and lettuce, it only filled the shell halfway up. And the chalupa shell was soft and fluffy and cold! Too lazy to fry it!! My husband got three crispy beef tacos, they were so empty the shell was closed flat upon itself.
We couldn’t even get a full sized drink. My Baja blast came filled a smidge over halfway full!! How rude! My husband asked why they only filled it halfway and their sorry excuse was that it shrinks after it’s filled? They refused to fill it up full! They are lucky I wasn’t there because I won’t put up with that.
I’m not sure if it’s the franchise owner telling the staff to charge full price but screw over the customers with less than half the product, or if they have incompetent employees. But they need to fix this immediately. Customers rely on consistency! I get it that it’s very hard to stay afloat right now with the costs of food and labor. But shorting your customers is not the solution.
Witnessed the staff being super rude to an elderly woman who came in. Granted, she was kinda stressed out in her tone too, but she asked for help ordering because she didn’t know how to use the kiosk to order. Ten minutes came and went and they did not help her order. So I asked her if I could help her and I did. They did not bring her order out (ONE soft taco and a drink cup) for another 10-15 minutes. Then, another woman came up to the front to order instead of using the kiosk and they helped her right away got her food super quickly and greeted her with a very kind interaction. It was honestly so weird to witness. Definitely dropped the ball with how they were treating that elderly woman.
Man, this guy could have totally spit in my food with how difficult I had to make things. But he didn't, and he really pulled though. With a smile on his face and everything I don't remember his name and I can't find the receipt but he deserves a raise 😅
