Waterside Thai in Mukilteo is the absolute best! Everything from the venue being adorable with lights strung up everywhere and every dish they make is of the utmost best quality. Presentation is always beautiful as well. The service is fantastic with such friendly and accommodating staff. My gf and I have been hooked on this place for the past couple of years now and I am sorry it took us so long to write a review. You all deserve more than an 5 star review. Seriously. Thank you so much for making such a wonderful place to enjoy wonderful food in such a cute place! Valentine’s Day was made special thanks to Waterside Thai and the staff. I will forever recommend your restaurant to everyone, forever, just please don’t go anywhere. See you soon ?

This cute little Thai spot was beautifully curated, giving cozy vibes. We were greeted nicely. We ordered:Fruit fresh rollsGinger beef but they served us chickenPad Thai chickenUnfortunately we asked for extremely spicy, none of it was spicy. The chicken in our ginger dish was rubbery and inedible. They were kind enough to take it off our bill.If you have a Thai spot you like stuck with that one. Probably won’t visit again!

Thai Waterside is insanely cute! The bright colors and outdoor seating bring a sense of sunshine to the dining experience. The food is wonderful, too, and I appreciated the amount of vegetables that were included with our vegetarian dishes. However, takeout was somewhat disappointing because the fresh rolls were each individually wrapped in plastic. Still overall happy to have found this vibrant Thai option right in Mukilteo!

I ordered the vegan pad kee mao. It was absolutely delicious. The spice levels were very good and the dish was very flavourful. A huge shout out to whoever, did the interior and exterior decor as well. It is such a cute and cozy spot. I will recommend it 10/10. Loved the place, food and service.

Kind, quick service. Good direction if eating outside. I had Thai Rama. Perfectly seasoned tender chicken, sautéed onion on a bed of fresh baby spinach. Lightly steamed carrots and bright broccoli on the side. My picture is what I’m taking home after eating my fill. My husband had Waterside Fried Rice on a bed of baby greens. Perfectly prepared shrimp and crab. Peas and carrots again seasoned to make it difficult to leave anything on the plate. We will be back!

I love spice and a 4 star was perfect for me. A few of the pieces of chicken in my Pad Thai were all gristle. Other than that it's some solid Thai food.

Good pad kra pao, and my wife liked the pad Thai. Less greasy and more nuanced flavors than many Thai places in the area. We did takeout but the restaurant is very cute.

The decor is lovely. We felt very welcome and comfortable in the beautiful cozy cottage this restaurant is in. The staff was friendly, nothing to complain about.I wish I could say something good about the food... We ordered the (highly recommended on the menu) braised pork leg, the (also recommended) sea bass green curry and a few other dishes. All the food was *extremely* sweet and salty. Thai food, especially the cheaper variety, tends to be oversweetened but this was just outrageous. I couldn't discern any other flavors, it felt like eating salted sugar cane. The other reviews praise the food. Maybe they switched the chef, or the chef had a bad day today. But today, it was one star for the food. We barely touched it.

Ahh -- another gentrified Thai place near the beach, right? -- WRONG!This place has consistently proven their worth. Authentic food. Those who know, KNOW!I was actually turned off by the beach chic -- thinking this place churns out nothing but store bought spring/egg rolls and a thousand and one pad thai dishes: again WRONG!Legit. Stay in business you people cuss this area needs this!

We had such a great time here! Beautiful garden atmosphere and very friendly, genuine service from all of the staff. My friend loved his prawn Pad Thai, and my red curry was on point! The veggies tasted very fresh. Easily one of the best Thai iced teas I've ever had. They offer sticky rice with mangos, too. I've got to come back for that!I would give this lovely place more stars if I could!

Excellent food, has traditional dishes along with some twists. We've been here 5 years, this is first excellent Thai food we've found. Some

Delicious Crab Paad Thai special and appetizer sampler was served quickly and hot. Plenty for dinner for 2. Patio seating available, but we chose a cozy table inside.
